Meet Jonathan Czwikla💪🏽

I met him in Bali, and we started working together not long after. I had no idea back then how far he’d take it.

He’s gone from having almost no structure in his training and nutrition to now combining lifting, running and soccer, all while building something huge as an entrepreneur. Work, travel and a packed schedule are never an excuse for him to put his health on the back burner.

We’re wrapping up the cut now and reversing him into a muscle building phase. The best is still ahead.

Well done, brother.🤩💪🏽

6 years.

What started with one decision changed my entire life.

The lessons.
The friendships.
The memories.
The countries.
The people.
The growth.

I’m grateful for every single moment and every person who was part of this journey.

Today, I close one chapter…

And begin another.

The mission hasn’t changed.

Only the way we’ll accomplish it.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of these last six years.

The best is yet to come. ❤️

The potential of a human being is unbelievable.

The moment you learn how to use your mind, your time, and your discipline, your entire life can change.

You can live wherever you want.
Wake up whenever you want.
Build whatever you want.

Sometimes I stop for a second and realize…

The life I’m living today is still someone else’s dream.

And the crazy part?

I started with that exact same dream.

A broke kid in his childhood bedroom.
No connections.
No money.
Just belief, a vision, and the willingness to keep going when nothing made sense.

Never underestimate what a few years of consistency, faith, and relentless action can do.

Dream bigger.
Work harder.
Trust Allah.

Your current reality doesn’t decide your future.

There’s just something different about being at IQONIC events.

You can watch online all day…
but being there in person is a completely different feeling.

The energy hits different.
The conversations hit different.
The way people start thinking and believing bigger after one weekend together… it makes a real difference.

People make big decisions at big events.
And a lot of the time, those decisions end up changing their lives and countless others.

That’s why showing up matters. ⚡️

Make sure you’re at the next event.

Jonathan, 26.
