Building a business is hard, but building it with people you love? That’s the dream. 💖

The TV producer in me had to give you a little behind-the-scenes look at what it really took to pull off our first CMN runway show.

I was obsessed with having anklets for the show but couldn’t find any that I loved, so @bailey_coats said, “Let’s make them!” 🥹 Every single one was made with so much love (right on my living room couch!) and proudly made in the USA.

Then, about five minutes before the show 😅, I decided I wanted one of the dresses to be shorter. @jonahpugmire jumped in and literally hemmed it while our model @_dupah_ stood there like an absolute champ. Talk about a last-minute save! And the hem was perfecto. 👏

Everyone pulled together and created one unforgettable runway.

The runway may have been the final destination, but this team is the reason we made it there.

To my A-Team dream team, our incredible models 🙏, the entire MDW team, and all of you who continue to support, encourage, share, shop, and cheer us on... thank you!! I truly couldn’t do this without you. 💖

I’ve always avoided wearing all white... until this. 🤍

This was the outfit I designed to close my runway show, and somewhere between the idea, the fittings, and stepping onto the runway, I completely changed my mind.

Every detail had a purpose. I wanted something that felt feminine and dramatic, but also practical enough for real life. If I’m running around backstage all day, I don’t want to worry about my bra showing, side boob, or constantly adjusting my clothes... am I right?! 😂

That’s how I approach every design, because I believe beautiful should never mean uncomfortable!

But wait... now I’m wondering... should I be designing more pieces in white? 🤍 😎

When I designed this blouse, I wasn’t trying to chase trends. I wanted to create that one piece you reach for because it makes you feel beautiful and stylish.

Feminine, effortless, comfortable... the kind of top that gives you that little boost of confidence the moment you put it on, without ever feeling overdone.

Watching the Boho Chic Ruffle Shirt come to life from searching for the perfect fabric, to working with @jonahpugmire /Jonah on every detail, to seeing it walk the runway was such a full-circle moment!

And the best part? It doesn’t stop at the runway.

Throw it on with denim shorts for the weekend, pair it with a skirt for brunch, or dress it up with wedges for date night. I love an endless possibility piece, the kind you keep reaching for because it works with your life.

I hope when you wear it, you don’t just love the shirt... I hope you love how you feel in it. 🤍✨
