POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

After years of following his work, I finally met Jonas Rask, Fujifilm X-Photographer, whose sense of aesthetics so closely resembles my own.
He was as generous and inspiring in person as his images had always promised.

We had lunch on the Lower East Side, one of the most interesting neighborhoods to me, where every street has many stories to tell.

Then came the World Press Photo exhibition.
It was painful to walk through. There were reports of crisis from every corner of the world, and human stories that stay with you: a woman’s struggle with anorexia, a young father unable to see his child, people fighting for their rights, robots as companions to elderly in care homes…

Great photography doesn’t let you look away.

Grateful for those who capture the light, and for those who have the courage to show us the dark.

Fujikina 2026 in Ghent where I spent most of my time testing out the ultrawide GF lenses (the 23mm and 20-35mm) of course I went to a few talks but I wasn’t there as early as I would have liked. That weekend was the Fêtes de Wallonie and thus I was running on not much fuel at all!

We're back.
And so are the lenses. Composed, understated, and finally themselves again.
