I 🩷Alanya Castle 🏰🇹🇷

Alanya Castle is one of the most important historical landmarks in Alanya. It stands on a rocky peninsula about 250 meters above the Mediterranean Sea.

The history of the site goes back to ancient times, but the castle was greatly expanded in the 13th century by the Seljuks under Sultan Alaeddin Keykubad I.

The fortress has around 6.5 km of walls, with towers, gates, cisterns and other historic structures inside.

From the castle, you can see Alanya, the Mediterranean coastline and the famous Red Tower.

The energy in Ibiza is relaxed yet wild, intense yet idyllic and both rugged + refined. There is so much magic when you look around…in the people you meet, the music you hear, the interplay of nature’s simplicity and your wildest imagination. It really is a special place (and an energy vortex ☺️✨)

I was honored to DJ on this beautiful island for the first time and to show it to the love of my life 🎛️🎚️🐙 🤿

Thank you to my favorite radio station @ibizastardustradio for the opportunity and the beautiful @oceandriveibiza for hosting us. The vibes were incredible and I’ve left with a new family in music 🫶🏽

Also to get to witness my teacher and good friend @athie_umgido play the world’s biggest club in the same night was another part of Ibiza’s magic (can’t believe you asked me to play a few tracks! 🫠) Athie became the first South African to grace the stage at UNVRS for Elrow and I couldn’t be prouder 🎉

til next time 💗👽🛸
