POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Yesterday, Lyons Run Club and @berwyn.runners_ came together to cheer on the marathoners at mile 22.5. It was an especially hot day, and we were so proud to see every one of you pushing through.

Nicole and I were happy to be there, bring the energy, and cheer you on alongside the many supporters who lined the course. All your hard work, dedication, and training brought you to this moment. Congratulations to everyone who raced!

A special congratulations to our co-captain, Juana, on completing her first marathon. We are incredibly proud of you.

As you look back on everything it took to get here, be proud of yourselves and all that you accomplished. Congratulations, marathoners!

Hot. Humid. Steamy.

The weather tested us today, but every step made us stronger. Huge shoutout to everyone who showed up, embraced the challenge, and kept moving forward.

Big Congrats to the winners of the Corrida del Mariachi 5K race bibs! 🎉
We can’t wait to see you out there.

Thank you @crissanch1224 for the fleet feet discount cards to the 5 runners who won the bibs.

Remember: the toughest runs build the strongest runners. Stay consistent, stay humble, and keep chasing the person you’re becoming.

See you at the next run.
Be about it.

Recovery miles ✔️

Great work this morning, runners. Every mile counts, and every time you show up you’re building something bigger than fitness you’re building consistency.

Now it’s time to recover, eat some good food, kick your feet up, and cheer on Mexico tonight.

Today was also a special one as our ’25 marathoners met with our future ‘26 marathoners.
They shared lessons learned, training tips, race-day advice, and the mindset it takes to get through the marathon journey.

These conversations are what make this community special. We’re excited to keep doing these check-ins throughout the training cycle because no one has to figure it out alone.

Keep showing up.
Keep trusting the process.
One mile at a time.

Today’s run was for the dads.

For the dads still here putting one foot in front of the other, and for the dads who have gained their wings but continue to inspire us every day.

For the fathers working long hours, carrying burdens nobody sees, and doing everything they can to give their kids a better life.

For the quiet drives home when you’re trying to figure it all out. For the sleepless nights, the sacrifices, the worries, and the love that often goes unspoken.

Running reminds us a lot of fatherhood. Some days feel easy. Some days hurt. Some days you wonder if you’re doing enough. But you keep moving forward because someone is counting on you.

So to every dad out there keep going.
Keep showing up.
Keep fighting the good fight.

Your miles matter. Your presence matters.
And whether you realize it or not, you’re making a difference.

Happy Father’s Day.
