Some partnerships are bigger than business. They’re about people, family, and making sure the people connected to our athletes feel taken care of too. 🖤💛💚

The Eight XVIII Agency (@theeightxviiiagency ) is proud to officially announce our partnership with Element Hotel by Westin - New Orleans ( @elementneworleans)! This is partnership built around something that matters deeply to us: creating a home away from home for our Eight XVIII Family.

At The Eight XVIII, when we say family, we mean it. We know every athlete has people behind them who have driven the miles, booked the flights, paid for hotel rooms, rearranged schedules, sat in the stands, prayed, sacrificed, and showed up over and over again.

So when we build partnerships, we’re always thinking beyond the athlete. How can this serve the family? How can this make the journey a little easier? How can we take care of the people who spend so much time taking care of our athletes?

And we have to give a special shoutout to Ashton Stark (@ashtonstark2027 ) (@s1arkk__ ), for helping us kick-start this partnership & represent what we envisioned from the very beginning. Ashton and his family embody so much of what matters to us at The Eight XVIII — family, relationships, trust, and making sure the people who sacrifice alongside our athletes are taken care of too.

It was only fitting that this partnership began with one of our own. And now, what we started opened the door to something that can serve the entire XVIII Family. That’s what this is all about.

Element New Orleans isn’t simply a hotel partner. It’s a place we can point our families toward when football brings them to New Orleans… somewhere they can feel welcomed, comfortable, and at home while here.

We’re excited about what we’re building together and even more excited about who it will serve.

Because at The Eight XVIII, we don’t just represent athletes. We take care of people. We build relationships. We create opportunities that reach beyond the game.

That’s the Eight XVIII way. 🖤💛

Welcome to the family, Element Hotel - New Orleans.

Share this and help us welcome Element.

Our family just got bigger. 🖤💛

Please join us in welcoming Keith Sanchez (@coachk_sanchez ) to The Eight XVIII Family as our Head of Scouting & Talent Acquisition.

A member of LSU’s 2019 National Championship program, Keith brings more than 10 years of experience across college football recruiting, personnel, player evaluation, and sports media to The Eight XVIII Agency.

In his new role, Keith will lead our scouting and talent acquisition efforts, identifying and evaluating prospective athletes, strengthening our recruiting process, and helping us continue to build a roster of high-character, high-potential talent.

As The Eight XVIII continues to grow, we’re intentional about adding people who bring experience, knowledge, relationships, and a genuine understanding of athletes and the game.

Keith brings all of that and more.

Welcome to the family, Coach K. 🤝🏾

Let’s get to work.

Help us welcome Keith to the family!!!

A couple of weeks ago, we had the privilege of hosting the 8th Annual Influence of a Coach Coaches Clinic, and we’re excited to finally share some of the moments from an incredible evening.

This year marked our 8th year hosting the clinic and our 3rd year partnering with @coach_juluke_rbu and The Jabbar Juluke C.O.A.C.H. Foundation. We’re grateful for the opportunity to continue creating a space where coaches can learn from one another, build meaningful connections, and leave better equipped to impact the athletes they serve.

A heartfelt thank you to our outstanding speakers for investing your time, wisdom, and experiences:

• our CEO, Alvianne Brule’ (@alviannebrule) – NIL & Recruiting Expert, 4X Author, NIL & NFL Agent, The Eight XVIII Agency

Thank you so much!

To our partners, volunteers, and everyone who helped bring this event to life, thank you. We appreciate each of you.

Here’s to eight years of investing in coaches, three years of an incredible partnership with The Jabbar Juluke C.O.A.C.H. Foundation, and many more to come.

Because the influence of a coach lasts far beyond the game. 🏈🧡
