On Sunday I had the opportunity to go to “Moulin Rouge: the Musical”🥹🥰💜🙌 I’ve been to many musicals throughout my life and as of last Sunday, one stood out in my memory as an unforgettable spectacle: The Phantom of the Opera. My parents had gifted me the tickets for my 15th birthday (in 1991!🤯) and I’ve loved it ever since…on 3/22, @moulinrougebway climbed right next to it as the most impressive, immersive experience I’ve ever been to. It is a LOVELY show, full of love and hope and all the amazing things that makes it worth being alive for. 🥹💜 thank you Alice and Jonathan for making my evening something more special than I’d ever dreamed it could be. Once again, I was surrounded by love, beauty, IMPRESSIVE sets/costumes, dancing, singing and music…the kind that stays with you long after you leave the theater. Moulin Rouge is a spectacle not to be missed, and a perfect example that shows just how ALIVE live theater is! If you can, can, can…go, go, go! 😉💜 The entire cast impressed me, but “Santiago” @bannydurgos stole my heart. He was brilliant! @bazluhrmann They are doing you proud! It was a FULL HOUSE 🙌 ps: everyone who supports me going to these amazing shows, who always has a kind word for me…who remembers me with love, thank you so much! (Some of) You might not have been there physically, but you were there in spirit and that means everything to me 💜
