Either if you have been curious about this wonderful experience or if you have tried before but want to learn more then this is for you.

The idea is to give you basic information about the physiological effects, the different benefits and finally teach you a breathing technique before we immerse ourself in the cold water a couple of times.

And as we love the contrast of cold and hot we will on popular demand heat up in the sauna for an additional 10 eur.

GRATITUDE❤️
We had such a beautiful celebration on Saturday and want to thank you all for sharing time at Ca Na Xesca. A day full of good energy, lovely people, sharing time in the saunas, energizing in the cold plunge, enjoying Ofir’s food and vibing to Alvaro’s vinyl sets. A perfect day and gift marking one year of bringing heat all over Mallorca.
More to come😘

Cookie testing completed.

Last week I did some cookie testing. Some my own, some not, and all great in their own way.

I asked various people to try these for me, so I can get an idea of what people would like more and it was a pleasure to see how everyone had a different favourite.

There’s one cookie in there I don’t really like. However, one person said it was their favourite…😉

Now, allow me to explain all these cookies and why they came to exist. Together with my friend @diegomartinrubio we will be producing these, and more, for the holiday season and beyond!!! So if you’re in Mallorca please get in touch with either of us if you want some!!!

First photo, clockwise, starting with the one that had a cashew nut in the middle of it 😋

Ma’amoul(date and semolina cookie)
Almond, dried red berries and cacao nibs cookie
Flaked almond cookie
Red wine and sesame cookie
Kindli(Hungarian walnut stuffed cookie)
Amaretti cookie
