Thank you @vishen and @mindvalley for having me at MVU - it was the biggest honour to be a speaker and to learn from so many incredibly inspiring humans 💫

Some years ago, my life changed when I reversed my severe eczema by taking care of my gut health. I knew my calling was to share with the world and help millions of people improve their health in the same way.

I couldn’t imagine I would be speaking at @mindvalley University, one of the biggest events worldwide in personal development counting over 2000 attendees!

And alongside some of the my personal heroes and most inspiring leaders in personal development and entrepreneurship 🤩

Feeling honoured and grateful for this opportunity and for the new friends in the @mindvalley family 💫
