POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

3 days walking through the Aussie bush sniffing flowers and wishing I had packed lighter. @jonathanmcmillan_ and I have traversed the land (and sea) a few different ways and the vehicle of choice keeps getting slower. The foot falcon is as good as it gets!

Mind on the edge, feet on the trails.

Coming soon. 🎥

A short documentary about friendship, finding connection in the mountains, and the impact trail running has had on my life.

It’s a story about why @hounslow_classic and @singletrack_events hold such a special place in my heart, but more than that, it’s about the people who make the journey what it is.

Over a year ago, I received a call asking if I’d be part of this project. I’m incredibly grateful for that opportunity, and for everyone who has been involved in bringing this story to life.

Before it reaches the wider world, I’ll be sharing it first with the friends, people and community who have been such a big part of this journey.

A special thank you to everyone who has shared their time, stories, energy and heart throughout this process. This wouldn’t exist without you.

If this documentary can resonate with, connect with, or impact even one person then it’s worth it.

Because sometimes, the trails are more than just somewhere to run.

Sometimes they become somewhere to find yourself, to feel connected, and to keep moving forward.

Mind on the edge, feet on the trails. ❤️❤️

A series from a few years back. I was in the Philippines for 6 weeks or so, most of these photos taken exploring down south on the Island of Mindanao and surrounding islands. An epic time of tropical goodness, diving in pristine reef, searching for waterfalls, hiking and running around jungles and volcanoes and a bunch of other random moments. 🌴
