You can do years of inner work and still find yourself fixing, advising, or shutting down when a client, colleague, or someone you love is hurting.

It’s one thing to understand your patterns. It’s another to stay present when they show up.

The Art of Facilitation is a 10-week somatic training for therapists, coaches, facilitators, parents, and partners who want to deepen that capacity.

Live partner practice. Personal feedback from me. Space to work on how you actually show up.

We begin this Sunday, October 18.
Sundays, 10am–1pm ET, live on Zoom.
All sessions recorded.

2 spots left. Payment plans and scholarships available.

DM me “FACILITATION” for details.

some snippets and bts of such a magical birthday for one of my nearest and dearest!! let me explain what happened here because I got a few questions…

My best friend @blakefonberg is one of a kind in the best way possible. When his birthday came around, he knew he wanted to throw a lively and different kind of dinner party for his close friends. He said he wanted to showcase all the places that helped shape him into who he has become over the past 28 years. So we built a fun and quirky menu highlighting each city/country that he chose. Only a handful of guests keep kosher, so for those curious, this meal was not cooked in my kosher kitchen, but in a kitchen Blake was renting at the time. Yet every individual dish that was served was cooked with kosher ingredients with no mixing of milk and meat and in separate pots and pans. This also explains a chunk of the dairy dessert missing so that those keeping kosher could enjoy some before moving on to the fleishig course of the evening👀

The menu was curated by myself and Blake, but it was brought to life through my incredible friend @jonathansilber who worked as my sous chef for the evening so I could be both guest and chef for Blake’s birthday. Huge shoutout to Jon for bringing this chaotic but fun vision to life!

So many dishes featured here I had never made before, and it was so much fun to trial new things. I took a stab at fried pickles, Persian food, and my very first Malva! I wish I had more pictures of all the food, but alas we were all having way too much fun being present in the moment and that’s way better. It was the best night ever and Blake had a blast, which is all that mattered to me anyways💚

At Nice Jewish Runners Tel Aviv, we run as a family - but we also run with purpose.

Last Friday, we ran in memory of Jake, whose courage, kindness, and light continue to inspire us. Through the Jakey M Project, his legacy lives on by bringing people together to create light, connection, and goodness in the world.

It was more than just a run. It was a reminder that every step can carry meaning, and that even in the darkest moments, a person’s light can continue to shine through others.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. We’re already looking forward to the next run.

And a special thank you to @safraschechterphotography @safraschechter for capturing these beautiful moments. 💙
