AUTUMN EQUINOX RITUAL Dusk to Dawn · Ibiza 22 September 2026 · 20:18 – 07:16 (+1, morning of 23 September) At the turning of the season, the Mother Portal opens into the night. Inspired by the ancient Mesopotamian Akītu traditions, we journey through seven stations, from the first threshold to the resonant heart of stone. A voice awakens. Water meets the hands. An intention takes root. A flame keeps watch. Above us, the sky turns slowly towards dawn. In small rounds of up to six guests, we move together through voice, sound and silence, arriving at the Portal with all that the passage has stirred within us. VOCE E SUONO Per vent’anni, la mia voce è stato uno strumento da allenare ed esibire: la musica classica da bambina, poi il jazz, il gospel, il pop nelle serate nei locali, il musical, il teatro. Una voce sempre rivolta fuori, verso un pubblico da raggiungere. Oggi la sto riscoprendo: non più performance, ma processo. Quando si lavora in maniera davvero consapevole e informata con la vibrazione, il suono acquisisce un potere altamente curativo. Non solo si entra in comunicazione profonda con il sistema nervoso, andando a ristabilirne l’equilibrio, ma con l’utilizzo del proprio suono unico e irripetibile (la voce), si può ritrovare il centro di gravità primordiale di noi umani, perso a causa della posizione eretta e i traumi dell’esistenza umana nell’epoca moderna. Acquietata la risposta di lotta-fuga agli eventi della vita, e ristabilito il centro di gravità di un individuo, il suono, la voce e la musica in generale, possono aprire le porte all’estasi, dunque alla connessione con il divino. Sto scoprendo tutto questo attraverso tre canali con cui studio e collaboro: 🎯 con @jondelvas e il suo metodo VAS - voz, aliento, silencio, di cui sono allieva e organizzatrice di seminari in Italia; 📿 con @sonosphera con cui collaboro in progetti di mantra singing e pratiche somatiche accompagnate da musica curativa; 🪗 dopo 13 anni torno a danzare e cantare con @laparanzadelgeco che onora le tradizioni popolari del sud d’Italia e tutto il Mediterraneo. Strade diverse che mi riportano allo stesso punto: il corpo come canale della vibrazione, prima ancora del canto. Hoy en día olvidamos fácilmente que somos cuerpo. Nuestra atención divaga, nos desconectamos de nosotros mismos y dejamos de habitar plenamente el presente. Todo fluye. Nada permanece. Y en ese flujo constante tenemos dos opciones: dejarnos arrastrar por la corriente o aprender a movernos con ella. Ese es el propósito de la práctica: utilizar la energía del río para transformarnos. El agua no tiene una forma fija. Se adapta, fluye, sostiene y, cuando es necesario, también rompe. Del mismo modo, el practicante de movimiento aprende a adaptarse, a cambiar de forma, a relajarse y contraerse, a bailar y a luchar. A través de la práctica y el estudio del movimiento humano exploraremos los principios de una práctica física generalista y sus aplicaciones en la danza y la lucha. Mediante diferentes ejercicios, contextos y propuestas, buscaremos experimentar la esencia que atraviesa todas las disciplinas: el Movimiento. Cardiac cells begin to beat before the heart itself has formed. Function emerges before the organ is fully defined. The heartbeat does not need the brain to set it in motion. What a beautiful metaphor for the things we create together and perhaps for relationships as well. Just as with the heart, no single cell is, by itself, a heart. Only when enough cells come together and begin to communicate with one another does something entirely new emerge: a coordinated heartbeat. A rhythm that no longer belongs to each isolated cell, but to the whole. Perhaps this is how many of the most vital things we create come into being: first comes movement, connection, synchrony. Silencio… Silencio… Un agujero negro que me lleva hacia dentro. Un abismo inmenso que se abre ante mi al despertar de este sueño. Y el vacío que ahora me toca llenarlo de MI me dejo morir Me entrego a este dolor que me asfixia, me desgarra, me parte. Muero Voy a parirme a mi misma. Desde mis entrañas abiertas, sangrantes, dolidas… Llegaste para destruirme pero yo recogeré cada pedazo con mis manos. Trocito a trocito. Muero entonces para parirme. Y en esta oscuridad una gratitud suave, secreta. Un fuego que, quemándome me recuerda, que yo ya soy MADRE Madre de mi misma Sosteniéndome Abrazándome Susurrándome palabras de amor. “Muere entonces… muere Muere mujer… Pues lo nuevo ya respira en este silencio” Hace justo hoy un año de esta performace "MORIR" Un año desde que mi vida dio un giro de 360º tan tan necesario. Este julio abrimos un espacio para jugar, moverse, crear y disfrutar 🌞 Llega el Campus de Movimiento y Circo en @momentum.ibiza de la mano de @jondelvas y @caballero380, una propuesta para niños y niñas de 7 a 12 años donde exploraremos el cuerpo y la imaginación a través del movimiento, el circo y la expresión corporal. Durante el campus trabajaremos: ✨ malabares ✨ equilibrios ✨ acrobacias ✨ coordinación ✨ juegos de movimiento ✨ creatividad e improvisación Todo en un ambiente cercano, divertido y respetuoso, acompañados por dos profesionales con enfoques complementarios: movimiento y circo. Iremos afinando la escucha del cuerpo para luego jugar con el contacto, con el suelo, con el espacio, con otro cuerpo. Exploraremos micro‑contacto y macro‑contacto, siendo apoyo, siendo suelo, siendo aire, siendo mirada y presencia. Siempre desde el cuidado: cuidándome y cuidando. Después de la clase abriremos la Jam de Contact Improvisation, un espacio libre donde integrar, profundizar y expandir las herramientas y juegos explorados. Un tiempo para investigar, compartir y dejar que la danza y el espacio se construya entre quienes estemos. 🇬🇧 ENGLISH ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✨ Class Description ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ In the class we will awaken a new sense: proprioception, both individually and collectively. We will refine the listening of the body and then play with contact, with the floor, with space, with another body. The partner becomes a guide. They remind us where our weak points are — where we lose tension, where we collapse, where we stop paying attention. Sometimes we believe we are aligned. Sometimes we believe we are active. But the outside eye sees what we cannot feel yet. Working with a partner exposes the blind spots of our proprioception. But it goes further. When we work with another body, we are not only training our internal perception — we are also training our external perception. You begin to read: • shifts in weight • changes in breath • subtle hesitations • unnecessary tension Your eye becomes educated. Your touch becomes precise. Your timing becomes refined. You start recognizing patterns — not just in yourself, but in movement itself. This does something powerful: It sharpens your proprioception by expanding your awareness beyond your own body. You feel more because you see more. You see more because you guide more. And in that exchange, both bodies improve. The handstand stops being an individual task. It becomes a shared field of attention. - El compañero se convierte en guía. Nos recuerda dónde están nuestros puntos débiles. Dónde colapsamos. Dónde perdemos tensión. Dónde dejamos de prestar atención. A veces creemos que estamos alineados. A veces creemos que estamos activos. Pero el ojo externo ve lo que todavía no sentimos. Trabajar con un compañero expone los puntos ciegos de nuestra propiocepción. Y va aún más lejos. Cuando trabajamos con otro cuerpo, no solo entrenamos nuestra percepción interna. También entrenamos nuestra percepción externa. Empezamos a leer: – cambios sutiles en el peso – variaciones en la respiración – micro tensiones innecesarias – dudas en el timing El ojo se educa. El tacto se vuelve más preciso. La presencia se afina. Guiar a otro también mejora tu propio handstand. Porque empiezas a entender el movimiento desde fuera. Y cuando lo ves claro afuera, lo organizas mejor por dentro. La parada de manos deja de ser una tarea individual. • Cattitude in motion • Gli abiti non stanno mai fermi. Si muovono. Camminano. Vivono. Ballano. “MORIR” is a ritual that embraces both death and rebirth. I offered it at home, witnessed by a few dear friends, on June 23rd, 2025 at 19:30—an act of releasing a dream. Today, I thank life for the clarity to finally see all the confusion and fear. Now I know who I am and who I truly wish to walk alongside in this life. I hold my own hand firmly and keep moving forward, embracing my solitude. Growing up and becoming a Woman. Yesterday, on the New Moon of August 23rd at 19:30, I felt that even after two months since this burial, the pain still lingers within me. Yet my soul whispers to trust. So now I choose another path— a path of LOVE. My history… trusting that, in the end, all will find its balance. Thank you to all the people who have supported me on this journey.
