🖤 One week out, and the thing I keep coming back to is the crew. A gala looks like candlelight with magic and awe. It is actually a 7:00 AM load-in, a room full of people in black, a headset conversation nobody in the audience will ever hear, and a hundred small decisions made in the dark so that one candle can land at exactly the right moment. ✨ To everyone who built YES! 40 YEARS OF MAGIC for @YouthEmergingStronger at Avalon - Hollywood, THANK YOU. You are the reason it looked effortless. 🎩 Mira, Sloane, Zion, Travis, Nicolas, Duncan, Taylor, Sophia and more of Team CIP. Tim, Rhonda, Jesus, Stephen, and the team at Jones Lighting. Natalie and Robert at Jekyll Works. Peter at Otero, Inc, Jason. Jake. @DJRayRhodes. @TriggWatson and his team. And Leslie, Kiana, and the house crew at @AvalonHollywood, who have seen every kind of night since 1927 and still made ours feel like the first. 🎬 Produced by Chris Isaacson for @ChrisIsaacsonPresents We Connect.
