Another fun day. This time with real cars at the @xtremexperience event at @hallettmotorracingcircuit. Got to see some great friends at the track while admiring some really nice #supercars.

Thanks @photobymeyer for setting this up.

Despite having the slowest lap time of the day, I had a ton of fun! More seat time and more sim training on the way..

Every time I work with this incredibly hardworking Team, I learn something new and take away new skills as a driver and instructor. Not to mention the valuable seat time and new tracks I get to experience throughout the U.S. They CONSTANTLY push me, mentally and physically, on my Motorsport journey.

I find myself looking around who I’m surrounded by and a feeling of ‘imposter syndrome’ comes over me. What the hell am I doing here or how did I get here to be working alongside such professional industry leaders in Motorsports?

@xtremexperience hires only the best of the best instructors for their supercar fleet and their Customers. And when I say ‘best of the best’, the Team is STACKED with professional Motorsport industry leaders; from current and retired drivers, coaches, crew, and passionate people that have grown to love and develop this sport.

With @chefenrika visiting, we took a trip to @canjeatx to see @tavel19 ! I couldn't drive, so @jonetkins came along.

Everything was stunningly flavorful, drew out callbacks to family food from around the Caribbean, and was so light, delightful. Such new tastes in each dish. Blake, who helped our table, was marvelous.

Yes, if you have not visited, you should.

Thank you @canjeatx team!

(Sweet potato, coconut aioli, tender beans, and a whole bunch of deliciousness.)

Absolutely delicious beef, carrot, and cabbage rice ball. Transported back to work and travel in Asia.

Stunning dinner with friend and @cooksnookaustin advisory board member @paulechart ! Thanks, Paul! 🙃🤩😉

Crispy quail, done up Gage-style! Like you do in Brewster County. Something hunted with a bit of glam. 🙃

Hot sauce, a home made blue cheese - ranch dressing, alone with tiny soft boiled quail eggs and celery sticks for "buffalo" quail!

Occasionally, we break from the food. A bit of restoration in one of our beautiful wild places - @bigbendnps / @bigbendranchsp in Dark Canyon on the Rio Grande. My favorite river. A half day kayaking, just water and snacks. 😉

If you have not visited The Bend, it is a must. Both parks are incredible.
