Acro dance lifts are probably my favourite. Little bumpy at the end and my hand stand intro could be more gracious but overall fun times💃
Always a pleasure to play with you @jonhardybala! Dance sequence from Tuesday intermediate class at @acroumbrella , put together by talented @nicole.facebodywellness and @joe.polygon ✨ Can you ya imagine that I’ve tried acro for the first time this past May? 🤭 Forever grateful for everyone on this pass❤️

There are a lot of reasons to come to an acroyoga class - sometimes its about learning a new trick, other times its simply about play!

This clip is short highlight from this week’s all-levels class with @nicole.facebodywellness and @joshuaowengreen - focused on acro games and silly things 😂

Evelyne had a fun idea to try today. I’m limited on what I can do with a broken finger, but somehow we pulled this off. I’m so proud of us. I was really bummed out when I broke my finger thinking I’d be unable to do acro for a while, but these guys turned all that around and everyone I worked with today was happy to go slow and safe to make sure I didn’t hurt myself further; Thank you. I actually did so much acro today, I don’t even need this finger. Just call me the 9 fingered acrobat (please don’t). A huge special thank you to everyone who spotted me today and kept me safe.

Side note: look at my dog @pebblesgoeshollywood in the background refusing to look at me because I tied him to a bench instead of giving him freedom. Unfortunately, he decided to steal someone’s food so his park freedom got revoked. He’s visibly sulking 😂
