ONE BADGE. MANY DREAMS. ⚽🩵

Different ages. Different backgrounds. Different journeys. But one crest that brings us all together.

At Naples United FC, we believe football is about so much more than what happens on the field.

It’s about developing players, building character, creating opportunities, and bringing people together through the beautiful game.

From our youngest academy players taking their first steps in soccer to our first team competing and representing our club, every player matters. Every dream matters. Every journey is part of our story.

As we celebrate 10 years of Naples United FC, we’re proud of how far we’ve come, grateful for everyone who has been part of our journey, and excited about everything still ahead.

To our players, coaches, families, volunteers, and supporters: thank you for believing in what we’re building together. 🩵

Because at the end of the day, we’re not just building teams. We’re building something that we hope will make a difference for generations to come.

ONE CLUB. ONE FAMILY. ONE UNITED. 🩵⚽️

Leadership isn’t always about being the loudest voice in the room…

Sometimes, it’s about listening, understanding, and showing up when it matters.

As General Manager of Naples United FC, I don’t want to lead from a distance. I want to be in the huddle—feeling the energy, understanding the challenges, and reminding our players that someone believes in them. I’m also grateful for the opportunity to listen to Coach Vicente as he encourages the team, provides direction, and helps our players stay focused and confident.

Behind every jersey is a person with dreams, sacrifices, struggles, and a reason to keep pushing forward.

I may never score the winning goal or make the game-saving tackle, but if encouragement, understanding, or simply showing up helps someone believe in themselves, then I’m doing something that matters.

Titles don’t make leaders. The impact we have on people does.

I hope these players remember not my title, but that I cared, believed in them, and stood beside them.

That’s the kind of person I aspire to be, and I strive to apply that same principle in my role at Naples United FC. 🩵⚽

Some moments in life have a beautiful way of coming full circle. ❤️⚽

Growing up in Criciúma, Brazil, my dad was friends with several players from our hometown club, Criciúma EC. We visited their homes, spent time with their families, and I was lucky enough to experience locker rooms, stadiums, and the field alongside my childhood heroes.

To a little boy who loved soccer, it was a dream come true. They made me feel like I was one of them. Those memories never left me.

Fast forward all these years, and now I’m living that same experience through my son, Julian, thanks to Naples United FC.

Over the past six months, Julian has gotten to know the players, spend time with them outside the field, visit their homes, hang out in the locker room, serve as a ball boy, and even carry the American flag before games.

To him, they’re not just players. They’re his friends. His team. His family.

Sometimes I catch myself watching him instead of the game, because I recognize that smile. It’s the same one I had as a little boy and it makes me so happy.

My dad isn’t here to see it, but the memories he created for me are now the memories I’m creating for my son. And that means more than words can express.

Thank you, Naples United FC, and every player who has welcomed Julian as one of your own. You have no idea how much these moments mean or how long they’ll stay with him.

What my dad once gave me, I now get to give my son.

That’s more than soccer. That’s family.

That’s what UNITED truly means. 🩵⚽
