This weekend was extremely special.

Saturday night the Holy Spirit was moving mightily during the preaching, and as soon as the invitation was given, 22 came to receive Christ. The altar was packed moments later with prayers of repentance evidenced by tear drops falling everywhere and audible prayers being lifted.

At 7:30 we “ended” and I instructed the media team not to play music after the service because I desired us to leave with a Holy hush of reverence in the presence of Jesus. However, 112 (primarily students) stayed, refusing to leave….So we went back into prayer, singing and preaching - and tears began flow once more. We didn’t leave until around 10pm.

Sunday, everyone returned with their family members. Mind you, this is a tiny town of 2,000 population and 9 months ago when I preached revival here, the church was running around 40 adults (who I believe caught fire and a desire to see revival.) We had around 300 in the room, another packed altar, and 4 more accept Christ! (Add them to the FOURTY baptisms since revival.)

Singing “God Bless America” on the lawn of the White House. Tonight and tomorrow, the cry of my heart is that God blesses America. Whether it go to Biden or Trump... honestly it should be my prayer everyday. Praying God works through these individuals to further carry our great country on. Love to all my Democrats, Republicans, and everything in between! 🇺🇸🇺🇸

“Marry a Groves; see the world.” 🗺⁣

This is a family quote in Jon’s family & the first time I heard it, I thought it was cute. Haha little did I know how true that statement rung😂 I’ve been on more plane rides, more cities/states, & hotels than I’ve ever been in before...& we’ve only been married for 8 months!! I thought I loved adventure until I married Jon! I’ve been enjoying it so much💛 In the span of 12 days, we’ve already been to 6 different states (Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, & North Carolina). I’m thankful for what we get to do, & I’m more thankful for who I get to do it with. Now we’re at the airport heading back home to Texas✈️ I love exploring, but there’s no place like home🌿
