SUPERSONIC VISION. THE MOVIE.

Massive companies have put millions in trying to hack me, destroy my life, fake FBI agents, planting surveillance in my home pay, pay off family members to help them in it, and I “suspect” even other lawyers and trying to make me look crazy to try to get me institutionalized and lose my law license.

This is what they were trying to stop.

If your leader isn’t on you relentlessly, you’re not a priority — you’re a placeholder.

Let’s stop sugarcoating this.

If a leader isn’t on your ass…
If they’re not correcting you…
If they’re not pushing you…
If they’re not giving you heat…

You should be worried.

High-level leaders don’t waste energy on average performers.

If I’m pushing you, it’s because I see something in you.
If I stop pushing you, that means I’ve stopped believing in you.

Read that again.

Too many people mistake intensity for dislike.
Too many people think accountability is disrespect.

No.

There’s a difference between attacking the person and attacking the performance.

The problem today is people are afraid to demand excellence. They hide behind politeness instead of standards.

Real growth is uncomfortable.
Real mentorship applies pressure.

If someone strong is pushing you, take it as a privilege.

Because the day they stop calling you out…
That’s the day you stopped mattering.

Your network isn’t your net worth.
Your reputation inside your network is.

Everybody loves to say “relationships matter.” Few people understand how to build them properly.

The highest-level operators I know have a pattern: they give first.

Not performatively.
Not strategically fake.
Genuinely.

The other night I noticed something about @jonmasonmoney . Every time we speak, he’s looking for ways to connect people. “You need to meet this guy.” “Let me introduce you to her.” No hesitation. No invoice. Just value.

That’s power.

Because when you become the bridge between high-quality people, you become indispensable.

You can’t connect people unless you guard your circle.

If you recommend someone and they underperform, you didn’t just hurt them. You hurt your own credibility.

That’s why reputation is currency.

When someone makes an introduction on your behalf, they’re staking their name on you. That means you better be consistent. You better be reliable. You better do what you say you’re going to do.

Before you ask for referrals, become referral-worthy.

Before you ask for introductions, become introduction-safe.

Prospecting matters. Marketing matters. Systems matter. But if people don’t trust your word, none of it scales.

Give first.
Protect your name.
Be consistent.

If you can’t create opportunity, you don’t have a business, you have a hobby.

There are four markets.

Your warm market.
Your referral market.

And your cold market.

Most people hide in one. Successful businesses master all four.

Warm market requires consistency and follow-up.

Cold market requires courage and communication skill.

If you don’t know how to have a real conversation, you’re done.

We live in a world where everyone wants inbound leads, automation, AI, funnels. That’s fine. But if you strip away the technology, business still comes down to one thing: influence.

I started in cold sales. Phones. Rejection. Real conversations. Watching people wire hundreds of thousands of dollars based on nothing but clarity, confidence, and certainty.

Anything is possible when you control perception and deliver value.

Prospecting is not about chasing.
It’s about creating.

Create trust.
Create credibility.
Create repetition.
Create visibility.
