Learning to find comfort in chaos.

There’s something powerful about putting yourself in the trenches, stepping outside your comfort zone and learning to perform when things get uncomfortable.

At 30, I decided to take my years of bodybuilding and strength training into a completely different environment.

Two years later, I’ve learned that strength is only one piece of the puzzle.

Fighting demands discipline, composure, conditioning, adaptability and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

It’s not just about building a stronger body. It’s about becoming a more capable human being.

As a coach, these experiences have given me a deeper understanding of preparation, performance, recovery and the physical and mental demands athletes face.

Things you can study, but never fully appreciate until you’ve experienced them.

And that’s the message for anyone who’s spent years lifting weights and feels like there’s something missing.

You don’t have to become a fighter. But you should never stop exploring what your body and mind are capable of.

Get comfortable being uncomfortable. Stay a student. Keep evolving.

The trenches teach lessons the gym alone never will.

First time kicking pads in 6 months! 🥊

Broke a bone in my foot and severely damaged the tendons and ligaments during my MMA fight back in April.

Six months later, I’m finally back cracking the pads again.

Thank you coach @krunin_muaythai 🙏🏼

The more you sacrifice to level up, the greater the challenges that will try to hold you back. Embrace them and push through the discomfort. After all, challenges from the past may return, but God is always inviting you to a new level. Embrace the truth and the difficulties; they make you grow.

Thank you to all my coaches and friends e familiares
