North American Bench Championships Costa Rica Prep Continues, 7 weeks out: very nice week 2 singles with 474/215 to a .5 in touch. Keeping the confidence building in the shirt 💪

And yes, although quite infrequently, I am still shooting, and shooting well—we’ve still got it 🎯. Very inactive season having been focused on the bar, but staying in shape and keeping our eyes open for LA28 trials 👀🇺🇸

New block commences, 8 weeks out from North American Bench Championships in Costa Rica 🇨🇷

Gradually putting the work together and getting closer to touching with some .5 inch work, really happy with this start with a couple singles with 205 and 207.5. Shirt is feeling great, lets keep this rolling in the next few weeks and see what the boundaries are @matyson 💪🤝
