As someone restless, constantly juggling multiple activities and endeavours, I’ve come to appreciate the art of slowing down and taking breaks. It’s like hitting pause on the hustle to recharge and soak into the little joys of life. Let’s enjoy these moments together & remind each other to take care of our mental well-being! 💫 Because being real and finding that balance is what makes us all connect beyond the glam and glitz. Here’s to chilling out and nurturing our souls! #Mindfulness #SelfCare

My favourite activity of the month is to recup how it went. Looking back on February, it feels like I’ve been on a wild ride! Despite the crazy busy schedule, I managed to pack in some cool stuff. From starting new projects to exploring the gaming world, on top of hitting up gigs in East London, recording a podcast, trying a VR world, drinking aperol out of coffee cups at 1PM with some creative souls & so much more behind the scenes… what a month. ❤️🙏

Was going through photos on my phone and can’t believe so much has happened within one month. And I still have a feeling of “I don’t have enough hours in a day to fit everything I want” and “I’m not doing enough.” Hmm.. maybe I should slow down at some point, but probably just not yet. 😅

Taking a moment to appreciate all the little things and big wins this month. Here’s to keeping the adventure going and seeing where the rest of the year takes me! 😉 #february #recap
