Another one of my faves. Really miss the days production was a creative process and we didn't have to shoot the exact photoshopped boards. We surprised our client during the final edit approval with the ending. He loved it. One of the best clients ever.

Refreshing my site and walking down memory lane. This was one of the videos in the first campaign I ever produced. (Well, second but this was the first one I loved.) The doll was named after my niece. The campaign was described as "trippy" by Keanu Reeves during an interview he gave before his Dogstar performance at HoB. Good times.

Part II:
-got distribution for DimLand and now people Out There In the World watch a movie that I made (really have to remind myself of that one when feeling terrible about creative life)
-made my living off of film/video work for the first time (comfortably, at least) ever
-finished a music video and got to work with just some of the best in the fuckin biz
-shot 75% of a short film for no reason other than its fun to make things (and am ending up being accidentally proud of it)
-got to do Christmastime in NYC, a longtime dream
-very recently made very real headway on my second feature on a level that 6 months ago was impossible to consider

Its been a very full, very important year, with some of the highest highs and lowest lows of my whole life, and as I have said, I really needed to remind myself of that at this moment, when, like clockwork, things feel like shit in the middle of winter. Life goes on. The world is terrible, but like, hasn't it always been? We can definitely still have a good time even if we're on the cusp of some massive dark ages 2.0 aaaaalright, I'm going down another road I shouldn't here, lets focus on the good stuff. There's a lot of it!

Art is beautiful and worth making always

Family brunch on Sunday 💕Was great to see people and spent time with family. Haven’t seen some relatives in a long time, some longer than others

I wish I saved every pair of sneakers I had from my youth, which are now selling for up to $700 a pair and display models are wrapped in plastic wrap 👟

From a couple of guys in a (smelly) one room "office" to shooting spots with Eva Longoria and Ashley Benson for the world's largest automaker 3 years later. Lucky to work along side an amazing group of people everyday at team Philo.
