A love of cycling, nature, light and shade, a little motion, straight lines and that cat. Pedal powered and smiling at the sky. Embracing the mess.

Well, you asked for it. Here it is….

From the Kitchen Table - Episode 7

This time, the man in the video rambles on in an increasingly incoherent manner about power. Not the type “…to the People” but power and energy use/ conservation and generation while riding an ultra. Does he know what he’s talking about? Should he be sectioned?

Will leave that for you to decide.

20 views of this one releases Episode 8. You have been warned.

Don’t blame me.

Just a handful of the incredible and diverse bunch that make up the @pancelticraceseries clan. Such a privilege to line up and ride alongside these guys and girls.
I’ve got stories to tell about each one of these amazing people, all in the fullness of time.

What a weekend! @pancelticraceseries Gathering, new friendships forged, old ones made stronger! Lots of sunshine, laughter and miles ridden! It’s a simple recipe, like minded people put together with a passion for bikes and adventures. Thanks to those who made it possible, @matt_ryan74 and especially @tobychillis for pre-riding the ‘Gravel’ route. See you in St Malo: #holdmybeer

Bit late to the party, but we were SO overjoyed to take part in @thegravelrally recently that we’re STILL buzzing.

In true @pancelticraceseries style, they put on a show of note.

Unbelievable vibes coupled with a savage yet beautiful and rewarding course in the spectacular setting of Eryri National Park @visitsnowdonia.

A night stage on the Friday before the main show on Saturday, there were yelps, laughs, whoops and cheers heard throughout the forests. Morale was in the stratosphere and everyone shared stories over finish line beers at the grand @advparcsnowdonia who hosted the event. A stocked bar and morning coffee will do wonders!

The beauty of the format with 8 timed sectors meant that you could go hell for leather and then take a breather to catch up with your mates. The first timed sector was akin to climbing a vertical wall but it definitely got the blood pumping 😆

Thank you to everyone involved. It was a truly wonderful experience.

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again, “nothing worth doing is ever easy”
.
.
Challenging yourself to push your own limits, test in your own capabilities and break down barriers, regardless of the outcome will only make you stronger. The Pan Celtic Gravel Rally might be a challenging course over bad ass terrain but it is for everyone. It’s there to remind you of what you can do when you put your mind to it, and it will live long in the memory we can assure you of that
