🌍🌱 World Environment Day 2026 🌱🌍

What an incredible day at Word of Faith Group of Schools as we celebrated World Environment Day!

We are deeply grateful to our PTA Chairman, the PTA Executive Committee, our distinguished guests, parents, supporters, and everyone who contributed their time, resources, and donations to make this event a huge success.

Together, we planted over 300 trees across our campus, creating a greener and healthier environment for future generations. One of the most memorable moments was watching our children plant their own trees, proudly giving each one a name and taking ownership of their contribution to our planet.

This was more than a tree-planting exercise—it was a lesson in responsibility, stewardship, and caring for God’s creation.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the day so special. The seeds we planted today will continue to grow for years to come, just like the values we are instilling in our students.

💚 Every tree planted is a gift to the future.

It’s still so hard for us to believe that our own Principal Judith is gone. 💔

She was deeply dedicated to her children in the Primary School, loved her staff wholeheartedly, and was a true pillar of the WOFGS family. Her presence, kindness, and commitment will never be forgotten.

We miss her more than words can say, but we trust that God knows best, even when our hearts struggle to understand.

She will always be remembered, always appreciated, and forever missed. 🕊️

Have you ever been ridiculed for going left when everyone else is going right?

For choosing to follow an unconventional path?
For participating in the arts while everyone else sought the “security” that came with a 9-5?
For following the road less traveled?

On the 19th of November, Slum to Stage is Leading the conversation through Dance, breaking the age-long construct that Dance is a distraction from academics. And while these 37 young dancers have rehearsed for months, they need your support in bringing their dreams to life.

Would you consider making a gift to these talented children?

Your gift will make sure that they are clothed in the right costumes to dance in, provided with first-aid kits in case of dance-induced injuries, and refreshments after an incredible performance.

Please join us in making this event a memorable one for the incredible dancers in our community.

Please reach out to me, @emmanuelosahor @slumtostage to support.🤍💙🤍

It’s been an AMAZING ride with these dancers.
We started with 12 dancers, today we’re 37!

We dance for laughter,
we dance for tears,
we dance for madness,
we dance for fears,
we dance for hopes,
we dance for screams,
we are the dancers,
we create the dreams.
