Through depression & anxiety, financial instability, the loss of friends still alive, crippling mental fortitude, fear of the future, constant self doubt…I’m here. I’m here because I managed to persevere. I didn’t always win in life, hell I lost 3 elections & blocked my blessings for titles & opportunities that probably won’t matter in 10 years. But I learned from those losses & persevered. I’m Andrew Chambers a newly graduated alumnus from thee Distinguished Delaware State University. The school has its flaws like any other. I could’ve transferred to something far better less problems, less headaches, less money. It was through being at this school that I’ve grown to be who I am today though. A resilient, empathetic, hardworking, determined, young black educated man with a bachelors degree. All I strive to do is impact others for the better & excel to the best of my abilities in all that I do. Anyone can give up, but why give up when everyone struggles. Those struggles can be used to help the next person & that’s what’s I plan to do however & whenever I can. If you’re still reading then thank you, for all I can say is to be sure to impact someone in your life atleast once a day. .
