I feel like I can say we have officially got our money's worth with pumpkin patch pass, but that won't stop us from going a few more times. And luckily the stroller made it through 🙏

Snuck in a run between the rain showers ☔️🍁🏃‍♀️
Mixing in some workout classes had me really really strong but there something about running outside listening to my music running around my little loop that really sets the day up nicely.
After the crazy heat wave this colder morning run was just what we needed.

Because it’s more than just getting a PR on race day.

It’s about the “PR” of quality time you spend teaching them that they can do anything they set their little brains to! 🥹🩵

Getting a family of 6 ready for a Disney park day is… a lot. 😂

Over the years, we’ve figured out a little routine that helps our mornings run a little smoother — because with four kids, things definitely don’t always go according to plan!

There are forgotten shoes, meltdowns, missing Mickey ears and mornings where we’re somehow running late despite our best efforts. 😂

But I’ve learned that a little prep the night before can make a BIG difference when you’re trying to get six people out the door and into the parks.

What’s the ONE thing you always do before a Disney park day? 👇🏻

Finding all the free and budget friendly things to do in Kansas.

First up is exploring this park in the Kansas City Metro!

Cedar Niles Park (part of @jcprdparks ) was perfect for this gorgeous fall day! We loved the paved trails for biking and that they also have some mountain biking trails. We’ll definitely be back to check it out!

Follow along for more free and budget friendly things to do as we explore our new home state.

Sneaking in morning runs before it gets too hot!
188 days till I say I do! Feeling so much stronger on runs endurance wise. I’m branching out and trying some classes too! I’m so excited to see how this journey looks come April. And I am so happy to capture these little moments in the morning with my little guy💕

I think only the pregnant stroller mamas will get this one 🤣 22 weeks preggo & everything hits the fan on a run…

But ALSO, props to the dads who take their kids on runs with a stroller too 👏🏻 we don’t give them enough credit!
