21 Mile Five Valleys Walk in the Cotswolds 27/9/26 for @meningitis_now It was definitely challenging but also awesome 🥾

Beautiful scenery & fantastic friends. And the dogs smashed the whole 21 miles too 🐾

Think that might the longest I’ve ever walked and I know the strength training & Pilates I’ve been doing really helped me.

What should be my next challenge?

Bank holiday Monday Box Hill Hike ☀️🥾🏞️

I’ve been wanting to do this hike all year, it definitely wasn’t an easy one. But loved it!

Hope everyone’s had a lovely bank holiday weekend x

I recently listened to a podcast where the guest said “nothing is ever all good or all bad” - and I guess this photo is evident of that. Earlier in the day I was watching my friend being carried into the crematorium and I said “there is nothing good about this” - but this day was also the first time this group of people had been together in years. So in this case, it wasn’t all bad.

Music school was a blast and even though we finished 19 years ago, it’s always good to see these people.

Sometimes it’s nice to shoutout good people doing awesome things. This pic was taken at @stonecircle.cc of myself and @jordanaddison have a long overdue catchup. If you don’t know Jordan, he’s the man who started @girocycles in Esher and also singer in @thelondonredcups who do ROCK-AOKE all over the place. I got to see it first hand at Stone Circle and it was fantastic.

On the 19th September, @girocycles are hosting their Gravel Fest, with some special secret gravel routes around Surrey and a massive after party. You can sign up as a team of 4 with mates.

I have not been asked in any way by Jordan or G!RO to post this but just wanted to shout out good people doing good things so yeah, go check it out 🤙

Oh Vegas you crazy crazy place (with a short stop at the Hoover Dam on the way). I have never and will never go anywhere like it 🤯 The cost, the noise, the heat - it was all too much, but for some reason I can’t stop thinking about going back! 😂 The three days we spent there were so hectic and fun, and it ended our trip so well 🇺🇸🍸 Where to next guys!?

We headed into the desert for the second stage of our US trip, staying in Joshua Tree and Meadview for a few days 🌵 A mixture of stunning houses, views, karaoke, stars and the Grand Canyon, we saw some unforgettable sights and it will forever be some of my favourite memories. Next stop, Las Vegas 🍾 Also credit to Jordan for some of these stunning photos 📸
