Last weekend was another reminder of why I love this sport and why I believe so deeply in its future.

Thank you to @daznboxing / DAZN Boxing for the opportunity to help cover Teofimo Lopez vs. Rolly Romero and be part of an incredible night for boxing. DAZN has become the premier platform in boxing, bringing many of the sport’s major promotions under one roof and helping expand its reach domestically and globally. If you love boxing, support the platforms investing in its future.

Boxing is brutal. It demands sacrifice, courage, discipline, and a level of commitment few will ever understand. Yet I have been blessed to meet fighters like Rolly Romero and Joseph Brown who understand that the greatest victory is not found in belts, money, or accolades, but in serving the Lord and putting Him first.

That is a major part of my mission in boxing: to evangelize, elevate the sport, create greater sponsorship and media opportunities, bring more attention to the fighters, and represent as many as we can as they build, protect, and grow what they earn.

I want to see fighters win beyond the ring and see boxing receive the recognition, investment, and respect it deserves.

I am deeply grateful to the Lord for every door He has opened, every fighter and influential person He has placed in my path, and every relationship that has come from this journey. I believe there is a greater purpose behind it all.

The future of boxing is bright. There is still so much work to do, so much opportunity ahead, and so many lives to impact.

The best is not behind us. It is still ahead.

God willing, we are only getting started.

Best piece of advice I got this year was from @andresogward “Keep the main thing the main thing”

That’s what my birthday was all about. I’m all for who all for me and standing 10 on doing the shit that works for me with the ones that’s genuinely with me. On top of that I’m a real standup man, child love me to death, family proud, successful, and a bad mf in the ring!

APPRECIATE THE BDAY LOVE 8/18 🖤

It has been a week since the bout and first and foremost I want to start by congratulating William Zepeda and his team,Great Victory. However the purpose of this post is to Thank Lamont Roach Jr. Thank him for the warrior and Champion he is in and outside of the ring. Outside of Canelo no one else in boxing has had the run he's had. 130,135,140 and back to 135. Tank, Pitbull and Zepeda. Son, your a true throwback to fighters from the past. I am very proud to be a part Team Roach, tremendous team and family. True to the name @teamnoxcuse @oneof1x never one to makes excuses. We will rest up, regroup and come back better and stronger than ever, nothing new as he has done it before. Also to boxing remember that The Reaper should be 2-1 and thats vs. a combine record of 94-4-1 73KOs let that sink in. I also want to thank all of Team Roach, all his fans who shows the love and support @advancedsportsperformance @reggiee @shot.by.v @reaprpromotions
@proboxtv @premierboxing @tgbpromotionss @wbcboxing @wbcmoro @wbaboxingofficial @gilberticowba @daznboxing @tntsportsboxing the comeback starts now! Always Team Roach! 👍🏻✌️👊🥊🥊
