Opening these shows for @stephen.wilson.jr has been such a gift for me in this season of The Alchemist.

We’ve invited all the past cast members to open for the show and it’s going to be a very fun time. Come celebrate with us ~

〰️ What is this? 〰️

Since 2022, The Deep End has been a space for some of the newest, most exciting improvisers at Third Coast to keep growing after graduating from the Training Center. Each session brought new teammates, new coaches, and new forms to explore, with performers staying on the team for a year before graduating from the troupe.

〰️ What’s happening now? 〰️

As the Training Center grew, the show evolved into an audition-based team that has kept the Deep End strong over the past year.

Now it’s time for this group to graduate too 🥺

We’ll be saying goodbye to the show for now as we prepare for our move and begin planning new opportunities for our graduates. But first, let’s celebrate. Come out for this final Deep End performance and cheer on the incredible improvisers who have been part of this journey!!!!!

How is it already March? January & February were a whirlwind for me. A whole lot of both and

January I said my last goodbye to my favorite person on this planet, my grandmother & then celebrated the release of my new album The Alchemist in her honor.

February I have been on the road singing with my dear friends @needtobreathe & joining @lindsayell on tour

And now March means: WEST COAST TOUR. Tickets are on sale now for the dates in the west coast & I can't wait to see you and catch you all up.

I have been showing up each and everyday with the biggest reminder of presence and gratitude for the time we have. It's been flying by and so much has happened for me personally already in 2026 and I can't wait to see where it brings me to next.

GOOD MORNING! Everybody Goes To Heaven is out!! And I am so excited to tell you that my very first independent EP, The Water Keeps Me Clean, will be out on march 27th 💚

I have been working on this project for so long, it’s surreal to finally tell you about it. Making it has been one of the most important things i’ve ever done as an artist. To truly invest in my own art without anyone to prop it up has been terrifying, but i have found so much freedom in leaning on both myself and my community in full.

In January, we celebrated our first birthday, Mother Nature brought us an ice storm, and Father Time threw us some unexpected curveballs.

Through these milestones, hardships, and obstacles, these moments could not have been celebrated nor moved through without the love, support, and inspiration of this community.

We’ve always said it’s not the sauna and cold plunge that differentiate us, it’s the humans who walk through our doors and the staff who shows up day after day, together bringing the space to life.

Thank you for letting us be a moment in your day and a part of whatever journey you’re on.

We’re grateful to keep moving forward with all of you this year.

THE ALCHEMIST CANDLE ✨Limited run on sale now!!

In honor of my new album I've collaborated with these locally women owned businesses @zane.ceramics & @studio.the.alchemist to create THE ALCHEMIST CANDLE for you to light on the days you need a reminder to rest, reset and rejuvenate.

@zane.ceramics is my favorite ceramics studio in Nashville, TN. Emma Hern is an incredible local teacher and artist who opened the doors to her first brick and mortar in East Nashville. I have been hoping to get to have her design this ceramic candle tumbler for this new album & it's perfect. Stamping the alchemist design that @jordanwetherbee created for this album on her hand crafted clay pieces.

@studio.the.alchemist makes stunning natural, non toxic & sustainable candles locally in Nashville, TN & I am so honored she poured each and every one of these candles with a Santal scent and ✨.

It’s finally here.

My new album ‘The Alchemist’ is out in the world now. After a year of sharing singes from my new album you can finally hear it in it’s entirety today.

Each song on this record came from the alchemy that happened in the valley lows of my life and who I became within them. From the good days and the bad ones too. From the relationship I built with my mother for the first time at 27 years old. From the late night conversations, tribulations and revelations with made family and friends who are navigating their valleys too. Through the grace I learned to have for myself and the blue world around me by way of showing up and learning from it. Through the seeds of love my grandmother planted in her life that sparked a flame that she passed to me. I wouldn't be who I am without the moments of my life that begged for me to find the light in a dark space.

I believe we are all the alchemists of our own lives - taking what happened and making something beautiful of it when that’s all that’s left to do.

The songs on this record are some of the moments that I took note of the alchemy happening within my own story.

How I became the alchemist of my own life. Humbled by it always and forever.

I dedicate this album to my grandmother who gave me the light I have now to share with you & to each and every artist, writer, creator, believer on this album. Thank you for bringing these songs to life & making the creation of this record so magical and memorable.
