Yea it’s officially I am a cycling pro now… and dangerously good at it? 😎🚴‍♀️
Yep, I just wrapped up teaching — aka yelling at amazing humans to pedal faster in a dark, disco-lit room! 😅🔥
I enjoy pushing people beyond their limits to show them that they can overcome challenges and enjoy living their best sweaty, hype-beast life. With my mic on, beats blasting, thighs toning, and calories crying. Let’s ride, baby! 😈💦

Today we celebrate the first annual National Black Women in Sports Day!
It is an honor to not only be a woman but to be a BLACK woman in this profession! I am thankful for those who have paved the way for me and those who continue to mentor and support me! I pray that God continues to guide me on this path of being an inspiration and a role model to young girls who are in the athletic world! Thank you @diverserepresentation for creating this day!

“The aim of Black Women In Sports Day is to not only celebrate the accomplishments of Black women in all facets of the sports industry but also increase awareness and demonstrate the power of diverse representation.”
