Being fully booked is a really weird thing to make your entire personality.

Especially when half of you are one cancellation away from having a financial crisis.

When did we decide that having a six-month waitlist, working 50 hours a week &&& never taking a vacation was evidence of a successful business.

But being in demand &&& being profitable are two completely different things.

You can have a clientele that absolutely adores you &&& a business that can’t afford to pay you when you’re not physically standing behind the chair.

&&& the craziest part?

Some of you could make the same amount of money working significantly fewer hours.

But you’re so proud of being busy that you haven’t stopped to calculate whether it’s actually worth it.

Being fully booked isn’t the goal. Being paid appropriately for the work you do is.

I don’t want to be the busiest hairstylist in the room.

I want to be the hairstylist who can afford to leave the room.

If you’re fully booked &&& can’t afford to take more than a week off, we need to talk.

You don’t need to be blonder…
You need a better blend 🤍

Five years ago, I was working 6–7 days a week.

If there was an opening in my schedule, I filled it.
If someone needed a Saturday, I worked it.
If there was more money to make, another client to take, another opportunity to grow… I said yes.

And for that season of my life, I needed that hustle.

I was building a business. Building a clientele. Trying to make a name for myself in this industry.

But I didn’t build all of that just so I could work every second of my life forever.

This message from my friend actually made me stop and realize how much has changed.

Now I can take Saturdays off. I can go to the birthdays, weddings, dinners and weekends away. I can travel. I can spend time with the people I love without constantly thinking about how much money I’m “losing” by not being behind the chair.

And hair extensions played a massive part in creating that.

They allowed me to increase what I could produce in fewer days behind the chair. Education opened another door. And slowly, my business started working for my life instead of my life working for my business.

I’m still ambitious. I still want to grow. I still have really big goals.

I just don’t measure success by how exhausted I am anymore.

Because maybe the goal isn’t to build a business that keeps you busy.

Maybe the goal is to build one that eventually gives you your time back. 🤍

YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT YOU DON’T KNOW. 👀

And that’s exactly why we’re spending 31 days picking apart your sectioning.

I don’t want you making the same mistakes over and over because nobody ever taught you how to recognize them.

I want you to look back at your Day 1 work on Halloween and wonder how the hell you didn’t notice those things before. 😂

Because once you train your eye to recognize what needs correcting, EVERYTHING changes.

We’re talking real education, real feedback and a community of stylists who aren’t afraid to show their progress.

No expectation of perfection. Just 31 days of getting better at something you thought you already knew.

31 DAYS INSIDE LUNA. $131.

Comment 🦇 and let’s see how much your eye changes by Halloween. 🎃🔥

$3,500 sounds like a lot when you call it a two-day class.

But that’s not what you’re investing in.

Your education starts 30 days BEFORE you ever walk into class.

Then you get two days of hands-on education.

And when you go home and actually start putting the method into practice, you have SIX MONTHS of continued support and personalized feedback.

That’s 7 months of education.

$3,500 ÷ 7 months = $500/month.

About $16.67 a day.

TWO extension clients could pay back your entire investment. Talk about ROI.

This isn’t about paying $3,500 to sit in a classroom for two days.

It’s about investing in the skills you get to take behind the chair and make money from over and over again.

Comment CLASS and I’ll send you our upcoming dates. 🤍

I don’t know what your goals are for the remaining 107 days of 2026 but I think this is a reasonable place to start.

Hairstylists already understand this.
We just seem to forget it the second we start installing extensions.

In haircutting, a horizontal line builds weight.
Zero-degree elevation creates a strong, heavy perimeter because the hair falls to the same level &&& weight accumulates along that line.

When we want to break up visual weight, create movement &&& distribute density differently, we introduce diagonal lines. So why are we surprised when we put a bunch of hair on horizontal extension rows &&& struggle with weight lines?

Adding more hair doesn’t inherently fix that.
Adding another row doesn’t inherently fix that.
Adding K-tips around it doesn’t inherently fix that.

&&& learning an entirely different methodology just to put hair somewhere your current methodology can’t reach doesn’t fix the underlying limitation either.

Sometimes you don’t need another method.

You need to understand what the line you’re drawing across the head is actually doing.

My blunt bob to a medium-length shag with…

2 full rows.
1 mini row.
2 side panels.

Five different placements.

One methodology.

&&& if your methodology doesn’t give you the freedom to do that?

Maybe you don’t need mixed methodology. Maybe you need a better methodology.

Comment PHYSICS &&& I’ll send you the exact placement map used.
