I can’t believe it’s already been a year since this madness! Last year @eater posted this amazing video showcasing the story of what was going on everyday at Alta Irpinia in Suffern. I was, and still am, blown away by the care taken to show an honest look into my simple love for food and making people happy with it. All of this was ignited by a simple Sunday lunch with @stefferonipizza and her mom and the rest is history, as they say. Stef and the awesome crew is now very much deservedly nominated for a New York Emmy and I really hope they win! Thank you so much for this. Idk what the exact future of the Suffern location is but for now I’m gonna cook there as often as possible, spread porchetta as far as I can, and take you with me to beloved Irpinia next year. I’ll forever be proud of this moment in my life and career. Truly ❤️

I'm still getting over the fact that we threw the wildest, most fun party of the year in LA's iconic Tam O'Shanter. This year's Eater Off Menu highlighted every big food story and then some: tiny 'tinis, Mexican seafood, stunt cakes, British food, and more. Plus, I got to hang out with the best team in the biz. Couldn't have pulled this off without creative geniuses @lesleybs @bee.falussy @lillisherman @omalovesfun and so so many more ❤️ Thanks for showing up, LA!

I can’t tell you how proud I felt when I was told that the team who made the eater video about my little corner of the world got nominated for a New York Emmy for the episode. In a time where food on social media has been taken hostage in so many ways, this crew knows how to help tell a story and give the viewer a true understanding of what food really means to some of us. I will always be grateful to everyone involved in the episode, especially @stefferonipizza , who gave me the opportunity to show what was going on in Suffern in front of hundreds of thousands of people and they did it so so well. Endless congratulations guys, well-deserved, i will be rooting for you to win in October! 💪🏼

Monday morning boops from Hank to help start your week off right. 🐾🩷

Hank has been spending the week with us for boarding, and if there’s one thing we’ve learned, it’s that personal space is completely optional when you’re this cute.

Between the endless boops, curious sniff inspections, and sweet blue-nose pitty charm, he’s made himself right at home. Every morning started with a wagging tail and a nose checking in to make sure we were paying attention.

Today Hank heads home after a week of adventures, cuddles, and keeping us entertained. We’re going to miss this handsome face and all those daily boops.

From making new friends to finding the perfect spot to lounge, this handsome blue nose pittie has settled right into the Burbank Pet Sitting family. 🐾🩷

Whether he’s relaxing in the shade, hanging out with his buddies, or simply enjoying a laid-back day, he’s the definition of a happy house guest. Some dogs come for the adventures, some come for the cuddles, and some are just happy to be wherever the people are—and this sweet boy is definitely one of them.

We love getting to know each dog’s unique personality and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and right at home while their families are away.

After watching "Ponies" — a 1970s-set spy thriller starring Emilia Clarke and Haley Lu Richardson — she was inspired to take a digital detox.
