POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

August and September, 2 months of endings, beginnings and everything in between 💫💛

A lot of change, a few difficult decisions, some wonderful people, new opportunities, plenty of laughter and some much-needed me time.

Learning to slow down, appreciate the little things and remind myself that not everything needs to be figured out all at once.

Some chapters close very differently to how you imagined, but that doesn’t mean they weren’t worth the journey.

Here’s to doing more of what makes me happy, protecting my peace and seeing where life takes me next.

Life lately… a little bit of everything… and for the first time in a long time, I’m quite excited about the unknown ✨

Big love to @maz_dom37 and the rest of the ATHX event leads (too many to tag sorry!) for my card ❤️ means the world to me and I miss you all!!

Bank Holiday Monday hit a bit differently at CrossFit Cirencester. 🔥
22 athletes.
11 teams.
Taking on the ATHX Strength & Endurance zones.
Heavy lifts, running, skiing, and a serious amount of grit. A few nervous faces beforehand, but non-stop support the entire time.
Nobody walks through our doors at this level on day one.
People join us for all sorts of reasons: To build strength, boost endurance, chase a new goal, or just start prioritizing their health again.
Then, over time, the shift happens.
You build strength you didn’t know you had. You take on workouts you once thought were impossible. And the people training alongside you become the crew pushing you through the hardest reps.
That’s exactly what went down yesterday. The ATHX 2027 Workout launch brought the challenge, but the real win was seeing everyone step up and give it everything.
You don’t need to be competition-ready to train here—you just have to show up.

About bloody time really…
That was a special working weekend.

Finally competed with my girl @coach_emilyx
Sharing the comp floor with some pretty special, inspiring people. And worked with the best media team out there including the return of Bobby blue @coachbobby_ctpt

Brum was a lot of fun!

@athx_games Birmingham 2026 ✅

I honestly don’t know if I have the words for how I’m feeling right now… my heart is just so full. ❤️

As a gym owner, a coach, and most importantly a friend, I couldn’t be prouder.

We are SO lucky @crossfitcirencester to have the community we have. The love, the support, the kindness, the way you show up for one another and genuinely want to see each other succeed… it’s something really special.

This weekend reminded me that what we have is so much more than a gym. It’s people. It’s friendships. It’s family. And watching everyone come together, support each other, laugh, push hard and just be there for one another made me unbelievably proud. 🥹❤️

And to the team at ATHX… “thank you” doesn’t even come close. What you created this weekend was incredible. The atmosphere, the experience, the memories — you absolutely smashed it.

I’m still riding the high and feeling ALL the love.

Big love to every single person who was part of it. ❤️
