12 seasons of The Traitors & I don’t think I will ever not love hosting these game nights. The twists, turns, big personalities, shocking reveals & endless laughter bring me so much joy & last weekend was no different!

I had my work cut out for me with this new cast. Not only did I have incredibly smart & strategic players in the mix but half of the people playing were my family! My mom, sister, brother, their spouses, my aunts & cousins all entered the castle but with a huge twist: they pretended to be strangers. The other 13 guests had no idea they would be playing with what was in theory a 12-person secret alliance, which went out the window in round 1 when my aunt Linda immediately accused my brother-in-law Alex G. of being a Traitor! After only 4 rounds, half of my family was either banished or murdered & it truly was every man for themselves to win the game!

But the twists didn't stop there: inspired by The Traitors UK season 2, I introduced "the dungeon" to the game. The Traitors marked 4 players "for death" & instead of getting to strategize with the full group during the 1st 15-minute mingle break, they were instead sent to "the dungeon" (aka our backhouse) where they could only interact with each other. You would have thought they spent 15-years in the dungeon, given how quickly Alex K., Anita, Sara & Sydney began to spiral & turn on each other. This made for the wildest & most intense roundtable once everyone sat back down to the game.

Meanwhile, the Faithfuls couldn't catch a Traitor to literally save their lives. After correctly banishing Dylan in round 3 (who was recruited as a Traitor immediately after round 1 in another twist), the original Traitors of Jordan, Patrick & my cousin-in-law Brooke went round after round with barely even having their names mentioned. I even threw the Faithfuls a hail mary in round 8 with a double banishment but none of The Traitors even received a single vote!

It was a fantastic night filled with memorable moments & bravo to Brooke, Jordan & Patrick on their treacherous victory! Season 13 will be "Duos" themed this October & I anxiously await another round of murder & banishment in our backyard!

What an honor to be able to attend the live finale of #Survivor50. A culmination of 25 years of one of the greatest television series of all time. AND to be lucky enough to be seated next to iconic legends was the icing on the coconut. Thank you @amyrachelr & @clairetastic, love you always! 🥰
