To the women in my life who don’t realise how fearless they are.

To the women in my life who show up every day for themselves, for their friends, to be the role models they don’t even realise they are being.

To the women in my life who take up space when we are told to be smaller, who shout louder when we are hushed and continue to rip away the layers of expectations of what a woman should be.

To the women in my life who inspire me, purely by being themselves.

They show me safety, when I need to know I’m allowed to be myself.

They show me power when I need to remember that women are a force that is like no other.

They show me that emotions are our secret weapon, and that’s why society tells us to hide it.

To the women in my life who don’t even realise they’ve helped me heal in so many ways that I can’t begin to put words to.

These words are for every female presenting / sometimes uterus owning humans that I am so damn lucky to call my friends and family.

These words are for all of you, because without you I would not have the strong soul I have today.

It is our responsibility to show the next generation there is no fear to be had in taking up space, being ourselves, and most of all - being the women who don’t fight over the 1 chair at the table, but fight for more chairs next to us.

OUR CHALLENGE WINNERS 🥹 here’s a lil throwback to our Challenge FINISHER workout, where we all got to celebrate these two legends and all their wins over our most recent F45 Challenge 💪🏽

Our Challenge winner Matt’s 45 day goal was to breeze through 6 unassisted pull ups… and by the end of the Challenge he was smashing out 12 unassisted after EVERY class. His commitment to his own growth and progress is nothing short of inspirational, and we are so grateful for everything he brings to our BP community.

@jessbannarn came runner up for having some INSANE stats by the end of the 45 days. Jess is only 2 months into her F45 journey here at BP and is absolutely crushing it. We’re so proud of you! 🫶🏽

-deep breathe - Okay…

This is the final day for @f45wimbledon and I owe this studio, the trainers and the community everything! I came into this studio nervous and self doubting if I would make a good coach, putting a smile on but with such low confidence in the fitness field and with the support of the team and love they’ve shown I’ve grown into myself as a trainer.

The friendships made are forever and F45 Wimbledon will always have a special place in my heart. I wanted to say a MAHOOSIVE Thankyou to @theprecisiontrainer and @jordynsamai for whipping me into shape and for teaching, guiding and shaping me. No words will ever be able to match how thankful I am from the bottom of my heart ❤️🥹

Thankyou again F45 Wimbledon for the laughter, the friendships, the sweat and the memories.

It’s been a really tough week that we are all still trying to process, but what I do know is that I have been endlessly inspired by the strength and resourcefulness of the people I have met through this magical place.

We often don’t realise that the places that feel like home are really the people who make it feel that way.

We put a lot of emphasis on buildings and spaces, when it’s the energy that fills it.

What is it they say? You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with, well we’ve got 10, and they’re definitely above average 🙏🏼

I knew making a career change would be right for me, but I didn’t realise quite how right it would be.

This last week I have simultaneously laughed until I cried, and cried with the depths of my grief.

I started this job saying I wanted to make sure I wasn’t going into one of those workplaces that calls itself family when they really mean they will exploit you, and I inadvertently found the most healthy and functioning family unit I didn’t realise I needed.

It’s hard to truly explain the magic it brought, and will still bring, in each of us.

Yesterday was a particularly bad day in my brain, when the dust settles on something and the realisation kicks in.

But today felt lighter, yay retrograde is over 🥳 and the clouds are clearing, literally and metaphorically.

We ride the wave, and as always, we haven’t gone backwards, we’re just at the foot of the next mountain to climb 🏔️
