We had some help from Ms. @rachel.lewis.sc last week making these items for a great friend out in Colorado @jorges_journeys.

He reached out a few weeks ago and saw what we were doing and wanted to support us. He is also a champion for adaptive athletes and humans in general.

Thank you Jorge and Chris for giving us the opportunity to grow and do what we do for this community.

Our first Snow & Flow event was amazing! We welcomed in new athletes and hosted adaptive snowboard, skateboard, gaming, yoga and fitness labs!

The whole weekend was focused on community, connection, collaboration & amazing conversation!

Thank you to our long time partner @teamtoyota for your ongoing support allowing us to get more people with disabilities involved in sport, community, mobility & wellness!

And thank you to everyone who showed up and attended! We loved every moment spending time with you! We can’t wait to do it all again soon! 🙌💪🏼🏂 🛹 🧘 🦿 🐕

Our first outing in a week..Off to get some cbd refills, and it was a quick one.
The wheel chair broke right when we started. We had ice covered side walks to contend with, plus a packed town. We were all troopers throughout, enjoying the day.
But on a beautiful note, when I pulled up to get Jorge, these two strangers were walking by, seeing him in the chair and asked if they can help.. Jorge said he was good and hoped out of the chair, then said, but she would really appreciate if you would place the wheel chair in our 4Runner..
They were so nice and helped me right away..I love good people. #breckenridge #thetownofbreckenridge #begoodpeople

Hi everyone! I want to kick off this Week of Wellness by talking about something I find to be vital for my mental health! Building lasting relationships allows us to create bonds like no other! Building these genuine connections gives us an outlet for our stressors and allows us to disconnect from the craziness of life!! Tag someone in the comments who you have a lasting relationship/friendship with!💓💓
