Treat your body like your home, because it is 🙏🏽 I was walking to the gym a couple months back and there was a guy sitting on his tailgate in the parking lot, smoking a cig and drinking a beer with his friends and he shouted, “Damn you spend $300 on a gym membership here?!” I just nodded, walked past and said nothing to save my energy. A pack of cigarettes a day costs way more than a nice monthly gym membership… I won’t even start on the cost of alcohol. Point is we invest in our habits and it reflects from the inside out. This year I went through many life changes and a healthy routine to fuel the body, mind, & soul is what keeps me above water. This and surrounding myself with friends on the same frequency that want to expand, get stronger, and grow 🦋 Life is not always easy, but a solid foundation and routine to come back to when life dips low makes it easier to weather those storms ♥️

3 weeks of Papio! 🤍🐟 We are so grateful for your overwhelming support on our first print. Most of all, we’re proud to have the opportunity to give back. 10% of sales so far have been donated to Hawaiian reef conservation. 🫧🐬🪸🐠🐋
