This picture is an amazing visual of what the Equalibrium can do to the body. So much trauma in the body is caused by the Equalibrium disrupting the CNS. Once the Equalibrium is cleared, we are able to trauma much easier and deeper into the CNS. Look in the mirror and see if the chin is lined up with the center of your chest. Remember we talked about brain plasticity, well lets put these positive thoughts into our brain, our bodies, pur nervous system. While doing this pain may come up and you may get emotional, thats exactly what we want. Lets bring it put and lets remove it.

I know everyone says WE ARE DIFFERENT. But we truly are a different type of company when it comes to helping the body. Most chase the symptoms, musclea, tendons or ligaments. We find the cause, the trauma, the emotional and physical challenge and remove it from the CNS, body and brain. Once these three areas feel safe, the body feels better, the mind feels better, and the pain goes away. WE ARE DIFFERENT

Lymphatic fluid is a serious issue for everyone. We have to be able to get this fluid moving for health reason. Today's video is is a warm up everyone can do every morning, during the day, and at night. Give it try and lets see the results you get.

What you put into your brain, you put into your body. If you constantly put negative in, negative is what you experience. You brain can HEAL YOU OR KILL YOU. I hate to be that harsh but its real. So lets start using our brain to help us mental and physically.

Going through life always stressed, mad, complaining, your brain adapts to that and this becomes your life. Fortunately you are in control of how your life moves forward. Lets give this a try daily for the next minth and let me know how you feel.

These are just some of the things that I do daily. You can do any warmup you want just apply the humming principle. I do these 2-3 times depending on how my body feels. There is no set number of reps or sets. Build this to suit your body needs. If you have any questions, please just ask.

I got a call from my @brycehall11 about a young man he is mentoring. I met Bryce 3 years ago when I went to the Jets training camp and worked on their players. He has came and got worked on every off season after that. He felt that @aidan.foster11 , who has had multiple injuries could really benefit from coming in from Virginia to get worked on.
Aiden has been dealing with a concussion from 10 months ago that has really disrupted his life. He had withdrawn from people because he felt he wasn't even able to form a thought anymore. He was depressed and didn't feel like himself. Aiden has had 3 surgeries (I found 2 more he should have had) 6 concussions, torn hamstrings, (I found one was actually a torn PCL that they misdiagnosed) and other broken bones.
While checking his system, I found that he has been in a bad car accident. I asked him if he had been in a accident, he said yes but he couldn't remember it, he was 5. I also found issue with his breathing. He talked to his mom and she said he had issues at birth with his breathing.
I found that the wreck at 5 has been the actual cause of his body be stuck in fight or flight all these years, contributing to his issues. Once I cleared the wreck, the rest of his CNS started to clear. The day I met his his pupils were so bug I could barely tell the color of his eyes. The next morning his pupils were normal size again.
I am so glad he came and Bryce had the confidence in me to help him. I talked with his mom and I truly look forward to meeting the family and work on them all. I see a huge future for this young man. GREAT KID.

Back in the gym starting literally from the bottom. My partner got back home and checked my system. She found my right big toe was the driver for my left side issues. So I have pulled out the PVC pipes and started working feet up. Thank you Mary @thebodyactivationcenter for finding the cause and getting me back on track.

4 weeks ago she came to our first session after having a stroke with a walker. She was told she can't walk without her walker. By week 2 she was walking without her walker. Now week 4 she is balancing on one leg. Not bad for a stroke victim huh?????
