Confluencia 🩵
I am still in shock.. I cannot believe it has already been a week since Confluencia.

I never imagined producing this big of a show my final year at Berklee. I always said I was going to bring mariachi to Berklee and now that it’s a reality I can’t express how honored and thankful I am to everyone who help built it and was part of this amazing journey.

The beautiful thing about confluencia was not only the music but the people. The connection between the 3 bands is unique and I have never felt more happy to get on stage becauseI knew I was on stage with some of the best musicians I have ever met, and that we were making history.

This wouldn’t have been possible without the 60+ musicians and the production team! It also wouldn’t have been possible without the immense support of my family!

Confluencia you have my heart, until next time!

2 years ago, I stepped onto the biggest stage at Berklee stage for the first time. Now, I have the honor of producing my own show at Berklee Performance Center (BPC) 🥹💙

What started as an idea between me and my friends, aka my partners in all of this, became @berkleeconfluencia a Latin jazz fusion show bringing together almost 70 incredible people across the cast, band, creative, and production teams

It’s crazy to think about how much work, love, and collaboration has gone into making this happen.

And now… we’re only 3 DAYS AWAY 😭

So grateful for everyone who believed in this vision and helped bring it to life!

See you at the BPC!!

“Marchitar”

Escribí esta canción en un momento de mi vida donde sentía que me iba apagando poco a poco como cuando una flor se marchita. Sentía que la gente que me rodeaba me decepcionaba y nos alejábamos cada vez más.

—

I wrote this song during a time in my life when I felt like I was slowly fading away, like a flower wilting. I felt disappointed by the people around me and like we were growing further and further apart.

—

Vaig escriure aquesta cançó en un moment de la meva vida en que sentia que m’anava apagant a poc a poc, com quan una flor es marceix. Sentia que la gent que m’envoltava em decebia i que cada vegada ens allunyàvem més.
