Mentally I'm still here... not very yogic of me 😅

Practicing acro on the beach🌊, checking spines non-stop with doctor @claudiacasth 👩🏼‍⚕️ and having the whole class decide if I have scoliosis for half of anatomy 😂, getting so sweaty in ashtanga that you have sweat dripping off your face, waking up with the sun at 5:30am, finding out I love routine and longing for back to back classes to continue foreverr 🤓, non stop giggles with the best group of people (especially at the most inappropriate times like 6:30am trying to learn KaKa 🐦‍⬛ breath, in the middle of LAMmmmm meditation or when your whole class is struggling through their proper Ujjayi breath in Surya Namaskar 😅), going to karaoke and they only have Indonesian voice recognition so we have to rely on @josephxney to tell youtube all our song picks, existing within the elements and not in cold grey London 🫢, 🌸🌼flower blessingsss, crying over ducks, making friends for life, growing, practicing, living yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️💛💛💛

Closing ceremony/graduation spam 🧡💛❤️ The most beautiful month at @yogmantrabali_ubud completing my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with the most incredible teachers any of us could ask for guiding us through everything from philosophy, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, ayurveda, mantras, alignment and of course asana. Teaching us from 6:30am till 7pm everyday (bar Sundays) for 23 days straight and it was non stop wisdom, compassion, patience, laughter and flower blessings 🌸🌼🏵 I can't wait to return but for now I'll carry forward everything and try to absorb all that was shared 🙏🕉
