What a joy it’s been working with Josh for 12 weeks!

Not only did he have major breakthroughs in his physical handstand practice, but he was able to put yoga into practice as he discovered more about his inner psyche through handstands.

This is exactly why I wanted to create this program - to teach handstands in the context of yoga and to help my students make progress in ways they might not expect.

Handstand isn’t just a fun skill to learn, but it’s also a conduit for so many new pathways: mentally, physically, and emotionally.

With the right intentions, handstand can teach you so much about yourself.

So if you feel called to take a deeper dive into YOU by being upside down, let’s chat!

I’m accepting new clients in September, and I’d love to be your guide. Message me or DM me and let’s get you flying!

Another retreat in the books 📚

The Conscious Yogi Retreat : This group although small and intimate, made very big and confident steps the inter-workings of their practices. A group of seemingly different paths of life somehow brought together to only find out that they share a lot of the same burdens and stress. Often we think this practice is a solo journey but this was a nice reminder that community is just as important.

Thank you for the laughs, the tears, and the silent meal 🤫 This path as a teacher, I realize that I am forever learning from each and every one of you, as well as learning plenty about myself. Thank you for listening and thank you for entrusting in me to be your listening ear.

Thank you, Imari for the opportunity to co-host this retreat with you. Can’t wait for our next one

I had the pleasure of guiding two amazing groups of yogis through a Handstand Foundations workshop @kefiyoga - where I saw fears being conquered, inner power being claimed, and new breakthroughs being made.

It's a surreal experience to bear witness to yogis taking that leap of faith into a practice that is so dear to my heart.

Handstands aren’t just about strength and technique—they’re about confidence, trust, and taking that one extra step past fear.

That’s why I teach the way I do—supporting you through every step, every doubt, and every tiny breakthrough that leads to real progress.

My DMs are always open—what’s been holding you back from your handstand goals? Let’s chat.
