Why med ball throws?

Because athletic power is the ability to produce force quickly. Med ball training develops total-body explosiveness, rotational power, coordination, and the ability to transfer force efficiently from the ground through the body.

Strength matters - but the ability to express it with speed is what translates to sport.

Generate force. Express power. Perform with confidence.

The standard is simple: show up, be coached, and do the work.

At M2 Performance Lab, we create an environment where athletes and adults are pushed, supported, corrected, and developed through structured training and consistent coaching.

Work with purpose. Progress with confidence.

Explosive athletes are built through progression.

Jumps, throws, sprints, and power work all have a place - but only when they are coached and progressed with purpose. At M2, we build athleticism the right way.

Power with control. Built at M2.

Every rep tells a story.

How an athlete squats, hinges, presses, pulls, jumps, throws, and sprints gives us information. Our job is to coach, correct, cue, and progress each athlete toward better movement and better performance.

No open gym. Fully coached sessions. Proven results.

Data gives direction.📈

From strength testing to timing gates, force plates, and velocity-based training, we use performance metrics to guide programming and track progress throughout the training process.

We test because better information creates better outcomes.

“O Lord, how manifold are your works! In wisdom have you made them all; the earth is full of your creatures. Here is the sea, great and wide, which teems with creatures innumerable, living things both small and great.”
