Absolutely speechless!!!

Four days of madness on Great Slave Lake! After landing two fish over 40 pounds on the first day, we had no idea how we could possibly top it. Then, on the final morning, @austin_jose4 landed an absolute monster—a 54-pounder! The boys finished with well over 50 lake trout over 20lbs for an unforgettable 4 day trip🎣🔥

@sampsonbaitworks is now on my top 3 baits on hand. This bait was insanely cool to fish. The amount of big fish we moved on it too!! And not to mention the insane paise eats!! #musky #fishing

Finished my day at 7pm other day, decided literally last second to load the boat up clear the next day and do a rip to one of my fave spots seeing that it may be my only chance all year to do so. @josh.schultz_ hopped in and we did an absolute rip and casting bender. Slow not a single fish, until we finally raised this fish, we freaked out we knew she was a big one. As many musky hunters do we let her rest and came back for evening. We beat the spot up casting it dozens of times. Almost gave up, when she smoked my wildly lucky bait that keeps providing giants every single year. It’s not a coincidence these baits are incredible. @lumox_lures hog head !!!! Yet again. She may not be the prettiest but she was old, quick photo and we made sure she swam away nicely! Great first fish of the season! 54”r. #musky #ontario
