POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I can’t tag them yet for this is a gift to be given, but how lucky am I to get to do this everyday?
How lucky are we that we have the Army Rangers?? Very grateful 🙏

Thank you guys for commissioning me to make a Georgia sign with the heart and shamrock cutouts over the places you were stationed!

I enjoyed painting the @the_75th_ranger_regiment DUI on it and will be adding a clear coat of resin next to finish it off! Stay tuned for the end result!

And as always, thank you @josh_makesstuff for making this cutout for this family! Love it!

They didn’t call me “Dammit Debi” for no reason 🫣🤦🏻‍♀️😭

Here’s a story to enlighten you on how I got the name…

So, I’m in @seasidefl for the wkend attending my first Art Market out at @ruskinplaceartistcolony. If you’ve not been, you’re truly missing out and should go!

Anyhow, as I’m about to close up shop, I see a lady and her daughter walk up and I’m just floored! They’re so beautiful 💕

Mind you, its “hotter than the blue flame” out there, and I was looking and feeling like death …😈👹 Luci knows 😅

Well, she kindly asks to buy one of my FL Signs and I’m over the moon about it!! She says she is from Florida (a FL native), so naturally she should get one and points out the sparkles ✨ My heart nearly explodes 🫶 I’m just so grateful 🙏 love finding my FL lovin’ peeps!

We say our goodbyes and as they leave, my artist friend @themoorefamilyfolkart says she’s so sweet, and asks if I knew who she was. Off the top of my head, I had no clue 🫣

I looked her up and realized she’s the funny one who does the “I Loathe Luci” skits on TikTok! Like what?!? I get home and tell my daughter; even she knew who she was right away! Ofc lol😅 I’m such an idiot 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

So yeah, y’all…

”Dammit Debi meets Luci,” and she didn’t even know til after the fact. Figures. 🤷🏻‍♀️

💕💕 @meghanlynncontent 💕💕, it was so nice meeting you and I’m so sorry 🫣😅🫶

I know how convenient it is…shopping for artwork at your home stores 🛒 🖼️ 🛍️

Fishing through canvas on shelves a million eyes and hands have seen and touched. Going directly to the size that “ you think…might look good…??” 🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s like picking up fast food, instead of grabbing something healthy to cook at home. Even though you know damn well it’s not what you really want or deserve.

No true connection made; just filling up a want/need for your wall/s. Quick. Easy. No heart. Cheap decisions. Cheap Art.

Not the artists or their work, the process of buying in general.

Stop doing this!! 🛑

If this is how you operate, then you’re not my clientele anyway and this doesn’t pertain to you ✌🏼.

If you are wanting ONE-OF-A-KIND works of art:

•Let me come to you and hear what you’d like to have in your space.
•Let me help you find the perfect size and payment plan
•Let’s discuss colors and styles that you’d absolutely LOVE to have incorporated into your spaces (that you’re proud of)! Why would you want what everyone else has, anyway??

Please don’t waste money on things that will be donated to the thrift stores. I see so many cow paintings at thrift stores it’s disturbing 😂 we all know the cow from Target!! But do we know the Artist?! Nope. Case and point.

Purchase REAL ART, FROM ARTISTS…shit, LOCAL ARTISTS (there’s so many here that I personally love) who take pride in what they do on a daily basis. I know I DO!!

Little behind the scenes of how I pour @art_resin over my Florida signs 🐬🩵

One-of-a-kind, you will not find any other signs out there that are custom cut with heart cutout’s in the city of your choice! FACTS 🙌🏽

My friend @josh_makesstuff and I have been creating these together for the past 6 years, y’all! He’s the one that designs and cuts each piece, and I do the artwork on top! Lots of trial and error along the way, but together big LOVE for the Emerald Coast! It’s truly something we are extremely proud to make y’all.

Another big shoutout to my friend Ivory @floridacoastproductions for always capturing the coolest of shots 😂🫶🍊! (You probably already have seen his drone footage on TikTok with 1.4 million views of #crabisland recently 🙌🏽).

And to those who LIKE, SHARE, REPOST, and TAG me in your stories…THANK YOU!! 🩵

Thank you ALL for the continued support and shared love for the Emerald Coast!
-Xoxo

Aside from commissions, acrylic abstracts and resin art…I’ve been making these FL signs for the past 6 years :) They’ve become a lot of my customers “go-to gifts” for family, friends, and clients alike!

You can see how they are custom cut, hand painted and resined on my website (link in bio).
