Besides being born, this was the best day of my life! Thank you so much to this beautiful world for allowing us to love and give. This was my first ever event, and it went a lot better than I thought. There will be many more in the future as this is my way of serving. Thank you for helping me learn.

Welcoming passengers of all species! 🦅👋🏽
Our deckhand Josh and buddy Eric snapped this photo before heading over to Rottnest for a day with WA Birds of Prey!! What a magnificent way to learn about and admire our WA Wildlife 🦉📚

100kg Dip for @josh_prindiville
◾️
Josh joined our Coaching back in September 2021. At this point he already had a good base, but we had to clean up some things like the technique of certain exercises. We did this by working a lot with tempo, paused reps, and variations of those exercises.
In this phase we worked mainly in the higher repetition range, because the loads are not so high and you can concentrate on a proper execution.
◾️
Josh was able to pick up these new techniques very quickly, so we started to get him used to higher loads very early on, even though it came with a relatively low intensity, it was a good way to do it. After a few months we recently added singles back into the plan, after just 3 weeks he was able to move 100kg in training without any specific preparation. Of course this was very close to a RPE10, so what? 100kg is 100kg!
