We’re going to Austin!

We’re incredibly excited to announce that Dear Mr. Mailman has been officially selected for the 2026 Austin Film Festival, where it will make its World Premiere.

Austin is an especially meaningful one for us. To have this little film selected by a festival so well known for celebrating writers and great storytelling is a huge honor, and we can’t wait to finally share it with an audience.

We’re also grateful to see the film beginning its festival journey with selections at

- FLIFFShorts / Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival
- San Pedro International Film Festival
- Santa Clarita International Film Festival
- Oxford Film Festival

— with hopefully more to come.

A lot of people gave their time and talent to make this film, and it’s pretty special to see it heading out into the world.

Next stop: Austin!

Pleased to share our first official images from our upcoming Witcher fan film and introducing our main character, Nasira of Stygga, played by the incredibly talented @ryannrinabailey ! Her horse, Starr, is a welcomed companion played by @starr_the_black_qh herself.

Wind’s Howling follows Nasira, a young nomadic female Witcher, between the events of Witcher 3 & the upcoming Witcher 4 video game.

KSUT Training — Part II. To sharpen their skills in the middle of the week before becoming the broadcast crew for @nativerezolutionyouthconcert , our students filmed a live five camera accoustic show for musician @sethwalkermusic for @ksut_tribal_radio . Then preparations began for the heavy metal concert itself!!

📸 — the students passed the camera around during these days.

BTS Production Training Day 02 🎥🎞️

Today we expanded live-production workflow - working through lighting programming and three-point lighting, setting up Teradek wireless video systems, and connecting our Sony FX6 cameras into the switcher.

We put those pieces together while preparing for a live artist broadcast at KSUT, giving the crew an opportunity to establish a workflow in a real production environment.
Each day is another chance to strengthen communication across the crew, and understand how all of these systems work together.
It's all part of our continued preparation for the Native Rezolution Youth Concert XVI 🪶🎸

Hank Sutter (who was played by the amazing Michael Flynn) needed a mail truck.

We eventually found this 1975 DJ5 Postal Jeep in Colorado, had it rebuilt, shipped to Utah, and started turning it into the truck you see in Dear Mr. Mailman.

I wanted the Jeep to feel a little like Hank himself — old, beat-up, weathered, maybe past its prime, but still there. Still working. Still showing up every day.

Some of the smallest details ended up being the hardest to find. The correct postal decals for this particular 1975 DJ5 were incredibly rare, and we eventually tracked down a period-correct set from a supplier in Germany and had them shipped over--just in time.

Getting it to look right was one thing.

Getting it to actually run during production was another story entirely.

More on that later.

What do you mean your job doesn’t include hiding from the rain in the grip truck, making friends with a taxidermied pheasant, keeping track of baby Jesus’ tupé, keep track of 20 kids in costume, make sure frames don’t fall off the wall, lift a treadmill(!!), looksmaxxing, cleaning the street with paper towels, paint signs at a Christmas tree farm, make shadowpuppets, spend time at state monuments, make Provo canyon look like the jungle, tape your newly ripped jeans back together, shaking bushes and finishing the day with eating cake, potato salad and pickles?? That’s a normal month right??
