Bicycle Day — celebrated each year on April 19 — marks Albert Hofmann’s famous 1943 bicycle ride, the first intentional LSD experience, and has grown into a global celebration of psychedelic culture, creativity, and consciousness.
Tomorrow morning at 9:20 AM, I’ll be sitting down with Josh Pollack — producer of Bicycle Day SF (happening April 19 in San Francisco) — live on the KSVY Morning Show.
Josh has been curating music and art experiences across the country since 2006, and Bicycle Day SF has become one of the Bay Area’s most immersive gatherings — honoring the roots of the movement while pushing it forward through art, music, and conversation.
We’ll talk about the history, the legends involved in this year’s programming, and what’s in store — from daytime panels to a full-scale sensory takeover at The Midway.

Family time in San Miguel de Allende. So wonderful experiencing my mom and Ben's world and falling in love with the most charming little town that feels right out of a Mexican fairytale.And sharing this time with Josh, Ana and precious little Dahlia filled my heart.

Like everywhere I've been in Mexico, the food, craftsmanship, culture, and warmth of the people were humbling.

Onward to CDMX for some solo travel before returning home

REFLECTIONS. ✨ I took a moment at the end of 2025 (thx for the brilliant idea @starlingsworld) to reflect on everything that transpired in the year.

It was a beautiful way to nod to the highs and the lows, the positives and the negatives that put the year together. To not just barrel forward, but to reflect and bring closure to the past year. And then set intentions and visions and dreams and goals for this year, 2026, the year of the HORSE (my spirit animal). 🐴 
In 2025, I released some gorgeous music this past year, got accepted to be a GRAMMY voting member, played some major shows including direct support for one of my favorite bands, a headliner for a big east coast festival, a gorgeous improvisational trio concert sponsored in part by the German Consulate in LA, countless private events + weddings, and worked with some incredible artist clients 1:1.

On the low side :: exactly one year ago, the devastating fires happened in LA. Basically all of January and most of the year we’ve been recovering from our losses collectively.   For you to enjoy: a little highlight carousel of some of my favorite memories (including a gorgeous escape with my 🤍 to Moab UT).  I’m going into this new year with big plans and visions for even more magic. I know in my heart of hearts that touring the world, finishing my (3!!!) albums in the works, writing gorgeous film scores, and working deeply with artists 1:1 to bring their dreams to life, are exactly what I will continue doing as part of my destiny.   Thank you for all the love and support. And I wish for all your dreams to come true in this new year as well. ALL MY LOVE. <3

We go waaaay back (festivals, concerts, studio time, friendship). It’s wonderful we get to share the stage this Friday night in PDX!!!

Traveling solo with a toddler? 😅 not exactly relaxing 😂 but definitely funny and cute levels exploding off the charts. 📈😻 getting to see my besties = totally worth it 🏆 bonus of first time Maya meeting her bestie-for-life Prima Dahlia (who survived her first round house kick to the face unscathed! 😂) and all in all I call our trip a success. 😁 thank you for having our cute chaos in your lives @dro_vidal and @ana_lunabella 🤸🏻‍♀️ we love you! 😘 peace out USA 🇺🇸 back to MX we go!
