Lightning in a Bottle (@libfestival) returns to Buena Vista Lake with one belief intact: true wonder doesn’t come from algorithms or spectacle, but from human connection and imagination. This year’s edition features a reimagined stage built by hand by founders Jesse (@jesseflemming) and Josh Flemming (@joshflemming) from upcycled materials, transporting audiences to a rugged scrap yard spaceship. Proof that art comes in all shapes, sizes, and spaceships.

An age ago, about 100 ravers gathered together in the mountains, to dance and play under twinkly christmas lights dangling from the trees. Many of us showed up as strangers, but by the end of that magical night, we were family, and it would change the course of many lives, mine included. They say you can’t capture #lightninginabottle, yet @thedolab did, and continue to, and as I return to @libfestival today, I couldn’t be prouder to witness what it’s become.
