Head Coach Dev and Josh on what really drives progress and what most people neglect.

Training is only part of the process. Sleep, recovery, structure and nutrition are what let it actually work.

Most people don’t struggle because they don’t try hard enough. They struggle because there’s no plan, no load management, and no recovery.

This is what we focus on at House of Fitness and Boxr. Training that’s built to last, not burn you out.

We asked Dev & Josh why they love working at House of Fitness and threw in a few fun questions to get to know the people behind the coaching….Dev took a little longer on the food and music Q’s! 😂

You’ve tried the gym. The apps. The classes. The “just show up and figure it out” approach. And none of it stuck, because no one was actually coaching you.

Most people don’t need more motivation. They need someone who corrects their form, builds a programme around their body, and keeps them on track when life gets busy.

That’s the difference here. You’re not left to guess. You’re not just another person in the room. You’ve got a coach who knows your name, your goals, and what you need to get stronger.

Real coaching. Real structure. Real progress.

¡Hola a todos! 🏉🏉🏉
