Here’s why! ⬇️

💥In this exercise, my trunk has to continuously stabilize my spine and pelvis while I balance on a moving surface, rotate against resistance, and maintain control as that resistance changes.

🔥This movement challenges motor control, proprioception, rotational stability, coordination, and the ability to manage force—all qualities athletes rely on.

💪I’m teaching the body how to use strength when the environment, resistance, and position are constantly changing.

Strength matters—but usable strength requires control‼️

✨Save This✨

What an outstanding way to kick off the Inaugural MEDIA DAY MOVEMENT. 🔥 🔥🔥

Thank you to every parent, athlete, agent, and representative who came out to The Loft gym in Midtown Atlanta to make this a movement, not just a moment.

A huge thank you to our sponsors who made it possible: ACSA (Alternative Careers in Sports Academy), Bespoke, The Loft Gym, and Smoothie Groove. 🙌

A few people who made this happen:

🎗️Caliah Jinaye Knapp at Bespoke

🎙️ Jason Ingram- My brother. Super Producer.

🎤 Honey — thank you for curating conversations.

🏋️ The trainers at The Loft — Coach G, Coach Munn, and Coach Bully — thank you for showing up and sharing your stories with our athletes.

This is Day One of a movement built to pour into the next generation — teaching them to perform under the lights just as well as they perform in front of the crowd. We’re just getting started. 🚀

There’s something powerful about being in a room full of people chasing growth 💪

I love getting in the room, sharing what I’ve learned, and watching it click for someone who’s all in.

This journey isn’t just about real estate…it’s about helping people realize they’re capable of way more than they ever believed.

Let’s build it together. 👊
